A few years ago I found a bottle of red current wine in a store in Washington. I absolutely loved it! Looking up the winery I was delighted to find it's in Salem, OR. I have to go through Salem anyhow on my home to California. This turned into one of several stops over the years, as Honeywood wine isn't available where I shop in California. I tried various other wines but red currant remains my favorite. The store stocks an eclectic mix of wine related souvenirs. It's always a very pleasant interlude for me. Honeywood also ships wines. But of course picking it up yourself saves shipping cost. Highly recommended!

Went with my wife with a Groupon that included 5 tastings each, an app platter and a bottle wine. More than a great value! Our server was a ton of fun and made great recommendations based on what we told her we each liked. The platter had a good mix of crackers, cheese, nuts and olives. The tasting room is very welcoming and has many gifts as well as the wine of course. All in all we had a great time and will do it again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection of fruit wines but that's really all. Unusual gift shop. Wine was not appealing to us at all.

A delightful place with wonderful wines, helpful staff and a relaxing environment. We arrived on a Monday morning (it was nice they opened earlier than most tasting rooms) and had the place to ourselves. The visit was probably the best we've had so far. We had a case shipped home! We will be excited to share these wines with friends when we return.

I can honestly say they have more fruit wine variety than ANYONE I've ever seen...and what I tasted was excellent! Some of their fruit wines include strawberry, cranberry, peach, cherry, blueberry, pomegranate, boysenberry, and many, many more! If you like fruit wine, they've got you covered.

I was in Oregon visiting family, and we all stopped by for a tasting over the Memorial day weekend. This place is great, the staff is knowledgeable, and fun, and the wine delicious! I would love to visit again next time I come up, but settled for ordering some wine online instead. The mead, and hard apple cider were my favorite!

Came across this urban winery in salem by accident , what a fun find! Loads of interesting fruit wines. Cute shop as well. Took home a Bunch of wine im excited to serve this thanksgiving like the inter warmer, and the cranberry supreme.

Stopped in after seeing their sign along the road, and so glad we did!Spent a great 90 minutes here tasting and talking and tasting and buying. Such interesting flavors of wines! We tasted several and bought some of our favorites - cranberry, marionberry, and blueberry. Saving the cranberry for Thanksgiving dinner.The service was so friendly and knowledgable, and the gifts in the shop were so much fun - we got a bit of Christmas shopping done.

Very good wine. I also think it's cool that they have old style mead. Their Dark Forest wine is to die for. You can serve it on top of ice cream its so rich and yummy.

They have a good selection of wine and gift items. You can also sample the wine. My husband & I went there looking for a present a wine person!! We found what we were looking for!!

Finally, after buying Honeywood wine with my husband for over 20 years, we made it to the winery for some sampling while on an anniversary trip. What fun and what a great weekend to do it. They day we showed up, they had just started an big sale of their store products, candles, room sprays, lotions, wine accessories, stone ground mustards, etc. Everything we got was 75% off and so our savings on that ended up paying for our wine we bought! If you are looking for an actualy winery tour, that will show you how the wine is made, this is not the place. But if you want some great samples of some wonderful fruit wines (the best in our opinion) this is the place. Fun store, light and bright, lots to sample, plenty of products for gifts, and the home to go along with the wine. The young man who helped us was a kick, he was really friendly and helpful and really seemed to know what we would like. For years, we have bought their raspberry (our favorite), blackberry and then triple berry. Thanks to his help we brought home some new treats we know will become regulars in our future. If you remember picking grapes as a child, wild grapes and love the taste and smell, you have to try the Niagara wine, what a fun surprise. It smelled just like I was back in our pasture picking grapes as a child, we got two of those. And I dont care for peach or pear wine that much but theirs was excellent, we actually got a bottle of the peach. Great place to try something new and think gifts for the holidays!

Lots of wine made from different fruits. If you prefer 'sweet' wines, this is the place to find them!

I took my wife and brother in for a tasting.... great wines. Most of the ones we tried (and bought) were hybrid or mixed fruit wines. I particularly liked the honey mead. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The prices were affordable.
