Host was knowledgeable and the 'flight' tasting was good. But, fruit flies were distracting and indicate cleanliness is not up to par. Did not buy, not will I return.

This winery in just south of Ashland, Oregon has excellent wines, award winning wines to choose from. With their newly expanded patio the seating is perfect for the beautiful view around them. They also support local artists by hanging their art in their large tasting room. If you like wine tasting and friendly service be sure to stop at Weisinger's. You will love it.

The Weisinger place on Hwy 99 south of downtown Ashland offers a taste of old-school and Ashland and a preview of the future. From what we learned in the tasting room, the dad was one of the first, maybe the first, to plant European wine grapes in the southern Rogue Valley. Today the valley has dozens of wineries and the son, Eric, is producing excellent varietal wines. judging by the wines we sampled, the Weisinger family is still leading the way. What a great portal to the Southern Oregon wine scene.

I really like Weisingers. They were one of the first two wineries in Ashland, and their wines have only gotten better and better over time. They make some really wonderful wines, for me personally it is their reds that stand out, but their whites are very good too. The ambiance at the winery, both indoors and on the outside patio, is laid back, un-rushed and very comfortable. They now have an on-going Words and Wine series of author lectures and readings with some of the best local writers. So, all in all, I'd call this a really enjoyable place to relax, drink some top drawer wines, snack a bit, and hear some great authors. A Southern Oregon experience well worth doing.

Enjoyed our visit to the winery. They were doing a small crush when we arrived, that was a bonus. The grounds are pretty. Nice views of the valley.Enjoyed quite a few of their wines, we must have, we bought 7 bottles. Knowledgeable staff, pretty space, good prices.

About 5 minutes outside of Ashland is a fabulous, small vineyard. We enjoyed a full tasting and purchased one of their very fine cabernets. The atmosphere at The Winery is festive and beautiful, overlooking mountains and countryside.

Loved it! Was the best of all the winery's we visited in that region. Great setting, great staff, lovely touches throughout (honeybees/tour of the barrels, fab outside seating area etc) very reasonably priced and best of all-great tasting wine! We were visiting a good friend living in Ashland and we'll definitely be back.

First, we walked in and waited for about 5 minutes before anyone even noticed we were there. Host came down and was talking on his cell the whole time, gave us a sort of wave and continued to chat on his phone. Got around to tasting, he hardly provided any information on the wines and absolutely nothing on the vineyard or the history of the place. The whole time we felt as though we were inconveniencing him and intruding, wines weren't particularly exciting either. Of all the vineyards in the area, there are way way better options, you're not missing out by skipping this one.

we stopped into Weisinger's Winery a couple of weeks ago, and were so pleased to find this gem in the Rogue Valley. We were greeted by Larry, who treated us to not only an array of outstanding wines, but a wonderful tutorial on the nuances of wine tasting. We were so impressed with the wines that we joined their Wine club!

The $6 charge for tasting six different red wines is a very good value. Our server was quite knowledgeable.

Visited with my daughter late morning during the week for wine tasting. The winery advertises a great view which is a bit of an overstatement. There is a lovely 2 level deck outside with plenty of seating but the hedges obstruct a lot of the view. The hedges are there so that you can't see the freeway which is just below, but unfortunately you can still hear it.The wine tasting had a nice selection but $8 for a full tasting of all the reds and whites is a little pricey. Granted we tasted over 10 wines, at which point who knows what you really like! We both found a wine we liked for purchase. The service was OK but the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other. There are several wineries in the area for tasting. This would not be at the top of my list for a return visit.

Wonderful wine, staff was very engaging. Great outdoor setting and seating. Would be a nice place to hold a small event.

Coming from California and visiting Wine Country several times a year, we were pleasantly surprised by Oregon's wine trails. This was a great little winery that was open seven days a week. There is an $8 tasting for the full flight, or $5 for the red only or white only. The fee is waved with a purchase of three bottles of wine. The Petite Pompador was our favorite.

Well, everything. The views, the wine, the locale & the people. Put this on your So. Oregon wine country visit list.

The setting for this winery is pleasant enough, and our server was very nice. Full tasting cost 8 dollars, which is a bit steep. We did not care that much for the wines, so did not make a purchase. If younare in the area with the time and do not mind dropping 16 dollars for a couple, pay it a visit.
