Saturday Morning breakfast $1.99 outstanding. Great service, love the charm of this old casino. Look forward to next vsit.
The food is good and the servings are large; however, not much of a selection of desserts. We had the spaghetti dinner with garlic bread and soup or salad for only $5 and it was more than we could eat. The casino is a typical casino with a fairly good selection of games. They also had live music when we were there on a Saturday night.
The Jokers Wild had a great prime rib special and the service was great. This was our first casino and good first stop.
This has been on my radar for about 4 years. Anytime I'm in Vegas area I make it a point to stop in at the Jokers wild and get my fill of craps, slots, and some great homemade soup and inexpensive meals. Great little place.
At first glance, this place appears to be an absolute dive. However, I must admit that there are some rather distinctive as well as redeeming qualities to be found here. For example, the cafe's salad bar often serves (unexpectedly) excellent homemade soup. They specialize in incredibly inexpensive comfort food, and they seem to do it fairly well. I've been in the cafe when a regularly scheduled busload of old gummers (presumably from the local old folks home) came in for lunch. It was enjoyable just to observe these folks having such a great time. While the staff may lack a little bit in sophistication, they more than make up for it in sincere friendliness. The cocktail waitresses might be a little long in the tooth, but the service is truly outstanding! They offer a player's card membership but there are no status levels (thus, everyone is treated the same). This place is a must visit if you ever feel like slumming on the Boulder Strip. There just seems to be a strange attraction to it.
Like visiting small casinos when in LV area and read about the dollar craps. Went there with wife in middle of day on a Saturday and we were one of about 20 people in whole casino. Even though mostly dead pervasive smoke odor. Was only one at craps table which is not fun. Dealers were very surly even though I did tip early in game. Will try again maybe at night.
this is definitely a locals casino and the property has seen better days. located in an industrial area??. stayed all nite by myself, never felt threatened. some would classify this as a dive. dealers were all geriatric age come evening. cocktail waitresses older. dollar craps table!! paid well, or i was lucky. did not eat food. all things considered i would definitely go back; there is no flash, needs upgrades, smokey, older clientele mostly locals. however all staff and locals were very friendly.
The food is just so so, but it's a great place for a quiet business meeting near our homes and the service is excellent. It's a bit smoky to walk through the casino the cafe, and the buffet is very bland, but we keep returning because it's our business board room and no one bothers us.
Not my cup of tea but I know a few oldies who hide the addiction there. Easy parking and small casino if you like it that way..
We came here to play low limit table games and penny and nickel video poker..25 cent roulette and a very nice inexpensive lunch. We spent a few hours here spent very little money and had a very relaxing afternoon.
After a couple of days on the strip we decided to visit Joker’s Wild Casino to play $1 craps based on the previous TA reviews. We had a wonderful afternoon with the folks at Joker’s Wild they were patient and friendly while my husband attempted to teach me craps :) After craps we had sandwiches at the café and then played slots for a while, the slots were paying out well compared to the strip slots. I loved the relaxed atmosphere with no strip pressure to be a pro. I would recommend a visit.
I could care less about the smoke in the Casino to me it's not bad it's better than a lot of places.I go for the breakfast. It's cheap like 2$ and coffee $1.89. Want to add biscuits an gravy $.99!Been going there for breakfast for a long time. Can't beat it! The staff are so good to me and I give them and extra dollar for a tip. Food is hot fresh and fast.We are talking 2 eggs bacon or sausage, hash browns and toast. Dinners are good too great Pastrami sandwich.
Unless you're a high roller, this has to be the best place to play craps in Las Vegas. There's a $1 minimum and 10x odds, so you can have an exciting couple of hours on a small budget. The dealers, pit bosses, and other players are very friendly. Go to the Strip for glitz, but go here to play.
Nice little casino to eat and gamble at. The service at this place is always top knotch! We will go back.
Joker's Wild still has that friendly local flavor. When in Vegas I make time to come out here. Cheap satisfying food, friendly table games staff. I'll be back when travels take me to Las Vegas.I happened to be there on their 21st anniversary celebration when they had all sorts of drawings going on and there was even a cake in the evening for everybody. Gotta love the $1 craps... On the strip, it's $15 minimum bet on the weekends.
