Before you start shopping at any of the stores, stop at the Customer Service office and pick your your discount pass. They are very friendly and will point you in the right direction. Get there early, the tour buses drop off crowds around lunch time and it does get a little crowded. Prices are fair to good and if you take the time to search through the items, you can find some really great deals.

First of all, the setting is beautiful! Second, the number of shops is awesome and the variety is on point. The only drawback is it is extremely congested. That makes it hard to get in and out of, but that doesn't stop us from going! We live in AZ and stop here every time we head to or from Cali. Definitely worth the stop!

Spent only a couple of hours at the Cabazon shopping outlets not near enough time, but beautifully done and easy to get around. There is something at every price point from the high end to more moderate pricing. Clean grounds and many spots to sit and rest during your shopping adventure. Will definitely return when we visit the Palm Springs area again.

The mall was surprisingly quiet for a Friday of a long weekend. We did not end up buying too much. It seems like these outlet malls are popping up everywhere and they have the same stores. It was a 25 minute drive from the Palm Springs airport. It is quite a spread out mall so be prepared for some walking. There are a variety of eating/drinking establishments and plenty of clean restrooms. The lady at Jones New York told me all the Jones stores are closing/going out of business in July - what a shame. Hubby did not find much at the Jockey store. Next year we won't bother coming here; instead we will support our hometown economy.

Cabazon is a very large outdoor mall.It is easily accessible off of I-10.There are a lot of different stores and, generally, the prices seem to be better than most retail stores. If you visit most,or all,of the stores you are in for a nice long walk. There are plenty of restrooms and food vendors and there is a lot of parking space. It can be a bit windy and the temperature is usually 10-12 degrees cooler than nearby Palm Springs. If you are looking for bargains and are willing to walk,I think that it can be an enjoyable time.

A very huge place, with a huge selection of brands, and huge discounts as well. So don't forget to wear comfy shoes, prepare to wait in long lines to pay for your purchase, and most importantly, prepare your wallet. :)

This massive expanse of outlet shops will test the endurance of any experienced shopper! Located in Cabazon just a short 30 minute drive from Palm Springs, there are three distinct sections to the outlets...the west and the east which are know as Desert Hills and then a smaller stretch of stores known as the Cabazon Outlets which are the original stores. They are tucked away behind the massive Desert Hills complex. Suggestions would include good walking shoes, comfortable clothes and a list and map at hand. Located at the information booth in the west end is the opportunity to score more discounts in the form of a booklet of coupons. Go there first and then let the shopping begin! There are coffee and food courts to keep you fuelled up! If you are staying for any length of time, make a couple of visits. I was told by a couple of the sales clerks that they never know until the morning they arrive what kind of extra discounts will be added. For instance, the first time I went, there was 60% off one entire store which necessitates wait lines outside the store but they are quick and efficient! When I returned a week later, that same store was back up to outlet prices. There are plenty of benches and seats for the men who don't want to shop but for those who are serious, go alone with list in hand! Check for store opening and get the layout on line so that you can prepare and most of all....have fun!

We hit the outlet twice to check things out and score some bargains. Brighton at Cabazon is my fav! It was pouring rain and the parking is a little confusing the first time through but the choice of stores is excellent.

The recently updated outlet is bursting with your favourite brands plus some fabulous higher end stores. Like the new layout along with some nicer eating options. It can get windy out at the Cabazon's - make sure to bring a long a sweater (just in case).

If you go: 1. Wear comfortable shoes; the place is really huge. 2. It's not Palm Springs and can be relatively chilly so check the weather report before you go. 3. Set a budget and stick to it!

Outlet malls are a dime a dozen these days and most outlet stores are over-priced or offer lower grade goods. The shops at Cabazon however appear to be the exception in most cases. While I did find a few of the usual suspects claiming to be an outlet store with phony discounts off of inflated artificial prices, I found that most of the stores here were the real deal. Notably Nautica, Sketchers, Chico's, and a few other national brands. If you truly know what the regular prices are of certain goods, and you know what a real discount looks like, give this place a shot. There are a large number of stores in two separate facilities with covered Parking in the East Village section. The food court was limited to a few mediocre fast food choices. More variety needed here

There are so many stores it's great for the whole family to shop. There is just about something for everyone. Plus they have plenty of food choices in the food court. I recommend making it an all day trip since the amount of stores they have make it a full shopping day.

Small outlet compared to Desert Hills right beside it, but definitely still worth it. Really good deals at Puma and Oakley when we went. There was a Starbucks and an Annie's Pretzel, I do not suggest the latter (pretzels were old, cold, overdone and gross).

KTravers

Tiny compared to the premium outlets next door, but has some real hidden gems. The Starbucks is better and the stores are quieter but with CAbi, Puma, Adidas and Rockport it shouldn't be missed.
