They have a splash pad by the library where you can cool the kids off on hot days. It's also has a dog park & dog bowls of water throughout the mall. Farmers market on Thursdays. Overall a great place for everyone.

offers Macy's to local branch library. Find your preference from Anthropology to Barnes & Noble- with a Starbucks.Restaurants of all ethniciticities.- to go and fine dining. The center also has AMC theaters showing the latest movies. I definetely recommend the food court water fountain area playground for families.Enjoy your visit!

This Classy mall is a very family oriented and always very welcoming. I love to go shopping out there!.

The Otay Mall is a very nice mall. It has the feel of a small town with inside parking, water play area, dog run, very nice. It has upscale stores which makes it a touch expensive for the average Joe. The area that it sits in is an uposcale neighborhood, so it works. It is quite a ways off the beaten track, so there isn't much else out there to do. There are some nice restaurants at this mall.

A good mix of Medium to Upper clothes shops. From party supplies to Macy's. Banana Republic to H&M. Lots of Good Eats. Fast Food to Sit down. Apple Store and Best Buy.Dog Friendly,with water dishes at each Door.

this mall is dog friendly. they have a little bit of everything. they have a book store. and they have a lot of different places to eat.

Slightly upscale and walkable center with an Apple store and some good restaurants. Doubles as a community center for occasional events.

One could EASILY go into a shopper's seizure at this place! There are so many stores to choose from, both national and local. Ladies, if you have a little "blow money" (aka "mad money"), drop in at ChyCas Boutique and treat yourself to something completely girly. Tell Elvia that Terry from Arkansas sent you. :)

Great, "people friendly" layout with a variety of stores anchored by Macy's, Best Buy and REI. Gotta go buy Nestle's Toll House Cookies and try a Boba. Interestingly enough, the mall also contains a small branch library so I was able to do my three favorite things, read, eat and shop! Didn't find alot of bargains but if you're looking for bargains you need to go 10 miles south to the outlet mall at Las Americas. Great DSW with a large clearance section as well as a good Coldwater Creek SPA. Eating establishments to suit all tastes from sushi, to american to chinese. I'd recommend the PF Changs. . .a tad bit pricey but the mixed drinks are to die for!

Very nice place but still developing. A very nice atmosphere and good value if compare to the same stores in other areas. Lots of parking. Lots of stores within the center and nice restaurants adjacent to the center. The down is that there are vacant areas the promote unnecessary traffic like soccer. This is chula vista where every 5 mins there is a park. There are fountains but parents abuse it by having their kids go in their bathing suits and play the fountains, not the innocent play that i normally see. The food courts in the center is not that good better go outside the center.

Wow por fin el mejor centro comercial en San Diego, yo vivo aquí en Otay Ranch y puedo decir que es el mejor centro comercial en toda el área metropolitana de San Diego, uno de los mejores restaurantes que podría recomendar es el CheeseCake Factory, ahí son deliciosos los bocadillos, pasteles etc. Lo único es que no hay Aber Crombie & Fitch, ojala abran uno. :D
