The tribal factions cannot come to agreement and the atmosphere went downhill long before closure. The closure was hard on the employees, not that the tribal members seem to care. Even their restaurants were giving poor service before the closure finally happened.

MONEY. They are closed. Some type of dispute with the Indian family members as to how it should be run. Don't know when they will open but it is disrupting the jobs of all the locals over 1000 used to work there.

The Indians are fighting each other, the place is Closed by the Sheriffs of Madera County due to fighting and guns inside putting the Public in Danger.Please understand that this is true and if you think this is wrong, please look it up on the Madera County Sheriffs log.EIther way they have been stealing money from the community as well so the Federal Government is looking at them as well.

Avoid this place like they are the cause of Ebola. They do not care if anyone has a crime committed against them on "their" property. YOU are screwed. This place is the worse and their casino needs to be closed to everyone asap!!!!!

Did not like at all. I wasted 3 hours of my time trying to get them to credit my credit card they overcharged. Billed me for three rooms instead of one.

Not sure why but everything was below the standards of a few years ago. Seemed like very little staff and those you saw were not very efficient.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Chuckchansi Gold Resort Casino. We ate at two locations and both were excellent. My husband especially enjoyed the view out to the mountains during our lunch one afternoon. I enjoyed my time at the pool and relaxed to the maximum. Our room was comfortable and we look forward to our next visit.

Went to the casino on Labor Day weekend, rooms were so nice, the staff was very helpful and friendly, inside and outside was like a palace. enjoy the pool and the hot tub wow, and grandson really enjoyed the Arcade. the food at the buffet restaurant was outstanding, and great desserts. We will be going back again.

The best time to visit the casino is preferably in the late morning. My boyfriend and I went to the casino mainly for lunch and to play a few slots. Luckily for me they had disabled car parking close to the doors and it was easy enough to go through the nearest double doors. You walk through a large lounge area and down past the restaurants. Its very big and the staff are very helpful. Choosing a restaurant was hard because they really had lots to choose from.We decided on the Buffet. It was an excellent choice. A little pricey for two but well worth it. The varieties were amazing and very soon I was stuffed. Luckily for me I chose a good slot machine and won back the money we spent on the buffet. Plus some. I would love to try out their pools one day soon. Will I be back. Most definitely. The most I like about this casino is that its near to my home. They have some top notch entertainment. Last week they had The Charlie Daniels Band.

Loved our time here, played both tables & slots. Dealers were friendly and made you feel like they wanted you to win.

I loved the tiramisu from the Bakery, and had booked a very decent priced spa package.Enjoyed drinks from the bar and played Sex and the City Slots.

If you like going to casinos....this is not the one you want to try out! It's small compared to others, you don't win at any of the slot machines...at least I didn't playing/losing $300. I don't mind losing, but not to hit at least one small bonus. They have the tightest slots around. If you try to valet, you'll have to get out of your car and go into the casino to find someone to park your car. You can sign up for a player's card and get $20 free play...get this after 24 hours. People don't make the same mistake I did....stay away!!!
