We do try to offer many activities (Aqua Aerobics included) in your spa day. We typically have only 2 aqua aerobics classes, a day during our busy season in the lap pool so I apologize that this may have interrupted your swim time. We apologize for your silver jewelry, we do have signs posted in the mineral baths to let you know that this does happen. If you clean your tarnished jewelry with silver jewelry cleaner or toothpaste it will get your silver back to normal. We have not made any changes to this policy and the admission fee has been in place since your last visit/review was made. Our facility is much different than the Brea facility (which is no longer owned by Glen Ivy) we are an outdoor facility with many pools/spas, club mud, saunas and steam room along with an award winning cuisine and activities included in your spa day. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review and for being a caring guest. A guest who makes the commitment to reach out and tell us what was not perfect is invaluable to our company. I had a gift card given to be and since Brea now had new owners we were forced to come here which we did not want to do! This is the only spa you have to pay to get in and you don't get robes, super crowded with party people who make it less than relaxing. The facial was average, but the pressure to buy product was unacceptable! It is already overpriced. The chairs for pool use have towels on them from the guests that rush in to hang out.. no room. . Food too expensive for quality. The massage was poor. Overall I would of preferred to stay in Brea since I live there. What a terrible way of doing business...If you have a gift card might as well do the math..what you spend on gas, entry fee, overpriced food...you will spend so much money not worth it. I have a new spa worth every penny!!!will never return..when we told management they would not honor or card in Brea, they just repeated sorry nothing we can do. .there is always something. . Do the right thing and refund the money.

We visited this facility and decided to purchase high dollar amount gift cards, AFTER we were assured the Brea location would honor them. No we tried to redeem these cards and Brea refuses to honor because they now have new owners. we would have to driver over 50 miles and everyone we gave the cards to would have to drive 50 miles. In addition, when we called Corona, they only offered to waive the resort fee, which is not applicable because we were only going to go in for a massage. This should be illegal. with gas prices, and the age of our parents, they will never drive to Corona. the facility gave us these solutions...sell your cards on Craigslist, give them to someone who can drive here, again, we will never go back or buy anything from this company.
