168 Fitness is a cutting edge fitness facility and the trainers (Chad & Ana) are well educated and trained. I am a fitness professional myself and I started working out there to learn about and experience all of the newest equipment and training methodologies. After a 3-month trial I decided to continue. Chad and Ana are constantly updating their knowledge and bringing new things into my workout. I have had low back pain my entire life and, for the first time, it is under control! They focus on functional training, not bodybuilding, ensuring a balanced and more practical result. They are very good about personalizing the workouts so that individuals can each be challenged and meet their personal goals. The atmosphere is fun and always positive. The members are all welcoming and friendly, making for a small, family-like feel. I would recommend 168 Fitness to anyone, young or old, fit or not.
I go to 168 fitness three times a week and every group class is just as exciting and tough as the last!
I've tried almost everything, even trained for 1/2 marathons and 1/2 century bike rides but didn't see any results. I'm crazy about exercising and staying healthy. Even at work I'm always squatting or doing abs workout while charting at the nurse's station. But still didn't see that much result. But once I started training with Chad and Ana.... I saw a big change. They helped me reach my goal, to wear two piece in 6 weeks for my dad's 70th birthday in PI. I can't wait for my transformation in 6 months. After years and years of wasting my time and money and mass-chain gyms, I've found my happy place at 168 Fitness. The gym is clean, organized, and loads of fun! They are constantly bringing in the latest and finest fitness equipment and techniques. At 168, I have have access to all of the equipment I need for new routines, as well as Chad and Ana's attentive care. Since I've started training at 168, my physical and mental limitations have drastically been redefined. I was the kid in high school who found every excuse to skip run-days during PE class. Now, thanks to Chad and Ana, I participated in my first mud run race and rose triumphant! It was one of the most challenging experience in my life. But with Chad and Ana's training i was physically and mentally strong enough to endure the pain and have a blast doing it. Within weeks of training with them, I have been getting endless compliments of how I look leaner and even TALLER. They don't just help you lose weight, they strategize and create routines that will correct how you move and even stand. I'm thrilled to be part of the 168 team and can't imagine training anywhere else!
I went to Chad 2 years ago, 30 pounds over weight and with lower back and sciatica problems. I had stopped working out which I had always done. Chad listened to what I wanted to achieve and believed in me and got me back on track, after eight months of nutrition and workouts that made the most of my 1 hour sessions I am running half marathons and doing Mud Runs with my grown boys and loving life. I want to continue my healthy lifestyle for the long term and this program allows that. Join me and make the most of your life.
168 Fitness is a great place to work out if you are serious about reaching your goals. Chad and Ana train you to properly do your workouts so you are able to make the most out of your group exercises. Their approach is realistic and highly enjoyable. I always leave happier than when I first walk into the studio. 168 IS AWESOME!
