double barrel wine bar

We had a wonderful meal recently at Double Barrel. We only went because I had a Restaurants. com gift certificate, but I am sure we will go back. Really great service - the waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. The wine flights were fun and reasonably priced ($13-15) and the food was delicious. The edible fruit salad was wonderful to look at and to eat.

Nice wine list. They just switched the menu to their spring menu. Food was good. Back patio was casual and cozy. Will go back next time I am in town. Highly recommend!

We sat on the front patio on a warm day. First Street in Livermore is a fun place to be. The owner personally came to our table to explain the menu. We followed her suggestions, and everything was delicious. We loved the wild boar meatballs and the DB grilled cheese. Service was great too. I'll go back!
