I enjoyed my visit and was surprised at how I much I loved the White Wines. The staff was great and very informative. I was treated like a King and was able to try just about everything I wanted to try. I was very impressed by the Rhone Style Grenache Rose sold under the "Verdad" label. Qupe is one of many places to stop in Los Olivos but the most important part for wine lovers is to detour here and experience all the great wines offered in one concentrated area,

Top shelf wines presented in a relaxing setting. One of the few tasting rooms where the current releases and "library" are present and available. Large format bottles are available as well (and at very fair prices.) Tasting room staff was spectacular!

Over the course of several weeks, we visited many if not most of the tasting rooms in Los Olivos. This was my least favorite. Expensive, nothing extra, no crackers, no ambience (the other patrons were more fun than the host -- thank goodness for them or I might have to just give one star). Dull, boring. Get someone lively behind the bar, not so serious! Also, Los Olivos really needs to put in public restroom facilities. I do not like using the port-a-potties. Really.

Tasting room in Los Olivos, on a quaint street filled with wineries. We had a good wine tasting experience there and enjoyed talking with the host. We thought the wines were just ok, nothing special.
