Tyler Soule aka Doc and his crew are the best white water rafting guides that you will meet! These guys take 5 star service to another level! We should know! We've taken an annual guys trip with him 3 years in a row! Each trip has been memorable and different in its own regards typically staying 1 to 2 nights out on the water. Doc takes service and experience to another level, helping to ensure your group is fully prepared for the fun ahead even down to making sure that your favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner items are purchased and prepared during the trip! Yes, this is a full service outfit! Amazing lunches on the water, delicious dinners at the camp sites followed by the smell of eggs,bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, and coffee waking you up in the morning! The rivers he rides are catered to the levels of the groups he is taking out; we've gone on Class III all the way up to Class V rapids with Doc and his crew. The brothers who run this rafting company were great, in every way, funny, young , energetic, and because they were a small company the had the personal touch, they were our raft guides too. When I called looking for a trip for the next day they called me back and were glad to accommodate me. We launched off at the south tributary of the American river and had a lovely time for the first few miles to the campsite. They made the kids feel comfortable and fun. They are local lads and told us they grew up rafting on the river, and told loads of things about the local area and environment. When we got to the camp site which was well set up for groups, they gave us a great lunch and plenty of fluids to drink and had a chance to chat to us about themselves, they were cool guys. Heading off for some more active rafting for the afternoon we had a great time, finding all the best slashes and stoppers and more cool things down the river, everybody on our boat was having fun much more so than some of the other boats we saw floating along too. Loads of other raft guides on the river knew these guys too , giving them cheers and having banter, it was great to be a part of the scene on the river for the day. In total , Awesome ! Go with these guys, there was clear water between them and the bigger companies (pun intended) :-) they videoed the trip and all the big rapids and put it on the Internet for us to see. I couldn't take photos because I would have ruined my camera iPhone !
