morgan hill museum

Morgan Hill Museum is an interesting place to visit – it has a museum that has artifacts, maps, photos, manuscripts, and memorabilia. On the same site is the historic home Villa Mira Monte. It was built in 1884-1886 by Hiram Morgan Hill for his bride. They lived in San Francisco, but used this home for a country retreat. There is a nice rose garden area on the property as well as a centennial trail which chronicles historic events in Morgan Hill City history.We enjoyed visiting the site and highly recommend visiting.
