This is one of my most favorite courses. The staff in the pro shop are so friendly and the course is always in immaculate condition. I also like that the pace of play is terrific, in general. There are also quite a few tee boxes to choose from and you can play combo tees, as well. It's an experience not to be missed.

Played Whitehawk during a visit to friends in Whitehawk Ranch. What a beautifully maintained course - challenging and fair - in an absolutely beautiful setting. To get the most enjoyment from playing here, use the tees that will give you the best chance to make a decent score. Although it is close to an hour from Truckee, it is well worth the drive. Not far for Graeagle, where there are more courses to play, plus many picturesque places to see. Staff is friendly. Driving ranges ball included and nice area to practice chipping and short pitching. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable and playable course. Also really enjoyed our three days of golf school with Golf Made Simple (GMS) there.

We were in Graeagle anyway; but we had played this course a couple of years ago and had the opportunity to play again recently. It was a Sunday PM and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The staff was very welcoming and the course was in great condition. Coolers on the carts and fairly frequent visits from beverage cart.

Whitehawk is a beautiful golf course - highly recommend 18 holes here! Although the day started with rain, it cleared up and made for a great golf day.

The drive out of Truckee is lovely, and the course is beautiful, and fair to the average player. We have not utilized their lodge or their restaurant other than the golf snack counter.

We were so glad we booked a tee time at Whitehawk! The pace of play was great. The staff very courteous and friendly from the booking on the phone to the last loading of the clubs. The course is well designed and challenging for all golfers. Nice selection of merchandise in the golf shop. A beautiful treat for all golfers!

The course was in fabulous shape, not too crowded, O never had to wait to tee off. The course is not very difficult and had splendid views.I'll be back!

Whitehawk golf course is well manicured and very enjoyable to play. One of the top golf courses in the area.

Playing golf at Whitehawk Ranch is one of life's pleasures. Sometimes you just have to slow down, look around, and stand in awe of how beautiful your surroundings are. The course is set in the picturesque Mohawk Valley, and is perfectly integrated through meadows and lodgepole pine forest. We can't wait to play here again.

This is one of 5 great courses in this beautiful area. I would rank this 2 out of the 5. It's a little pricey, but what are you gonna do?

Whitehawk Ranch, located in the Mohawk Valley 38 miles north of Truckee and six miles south of Graeagle, is a little shorter from the tips than other Championship courses in North Tahoe, but it sacrifices nothing in beauty. Streams here snake through the course’s cedars, aspens, and pines, gathering in ponds and waterfalls. Although the course is mostly flat, fairway mounds will occasionally trouble golfers with uneven lies. Whitehawk’s greens appear attractively large, but they’re also undulating and fast, making par a challenge.

Tadd is so very professional, friendly and knows his golf! Takes time with all the guests. He is fun also!!

Golf was great, a beautiful mountain course although a bit pricey; The building for dinner is unpretentious but the food was good.

This is a beautiful course in the tiny town of Clio, CA, about 70 miles from Reno nestled in the Whitehawk Ranch resort and community. The website does not do this course justice, it is a beautiful course. It is very woman friendly and fun to play. This is a must play course. Look for specials on their website or on golfnow.com
