Fun stop for a break off of 5. Once should suffice however. Similar to Casa de Fruta up north near Pacheco Pass. Food stuffs and tourist stuff is all overpriced. A fake "Western atmosphere is the main theme.

We saw a sign for CHEESE and, let's face it, we needed a potty stop on the way to Yosemite. WHAT A FUN PLACE! If you have a little one the tree house and the sand box full of dump trucks is worth the stop. And...they have awesome cheese! This Bravo Farms in Traver seems like an original...there is another one that is a NEW version in Kettleman City where we also stopped and the BBQ was amazing, so I'm assuming it's amazing in Traver too, though all we did was smell it there. Definitely worth stopping!!

We stopped at this farmtique place. Inside, there were lots of food, beverage, and souvenirs to buy. Outside, there were lots of antique/vintage items to see. There was a 7-story tree house and a tree surrounded by sand with Tonka trucks lined up for the kids to use. There were vintage signs everywhere. Tomater the Truck was there as well! It is two-stories of coolness! There is also a gas station there. This attraction was free to look at and climb through!

That's what some of the signs say leading up to Bravo farms. We stopped and looked around such an adorable place hidden away. Everyone should stop by. Great little gift stores.

What a great find! Everyone from 4 yr to 90 yrs in our group enjoyed this stop. Some even said it was the highlight of the trip- there is something for everyone. The cheese shop had tasting, there were jams, honey, fresh produce stand, ice cream shop, activites for the kids, antiques, books, BBQ,petting corral ...we could have wandered much longer. What a great place in the middle of nowhere to break up the drive . The tree house is amazing- the food coming out of the coffee shop area looked very good.

Driving for miles and miles and.......BRAVO Farms! Such a surprise. Coffee? Yes. Ice Cream? Yes. Food? Yes! Cheese? OH Yes! If you catch them when they are making the cheese, there is a viewing room at the back of the cute shop (which has just about EVERYthing you might want to snack on or buy) to see it as it happens. Did I mention the farm animals? a pool table? an outdoor seating area? oh, and the amazing TREE House?!? Also catch the back area to see other tree house models. Very fun....and such a welcome stop. Thank you.

Great antiques, you can bring your dog. The treehouse is from ground to top of huge tree. Must see! Millions of cool unique things to buy or browse. Good food in restaurant, but expensive. Large selection of beers

We saw the numerous signs on our drive north on Highway 99 and couldn't resist making the stop at this odd little place. Bravo Farms is a combination of antique store, cheese factory, mini golf, petting zoo, BBQ joint, and play place. We didn't eat there, and we had no kids with us. But, we had a fun time walking through the place, looking at the antiques and watching other peoples' kids run around having fun. It's worth a quick stop, though, with kids, you may have trouble getting them back in the car. We were there mid-week in November. This place must be a mad-house in the summer.

Enjoyed the shops, but was very concerned for the Alpaca in the petting zoo. He was standing in the heat with no fresh water. He had a bathtub of murky green water that he didn't go near. He was covered in flies, especially around his face, and was very disturbed by them. He kept shaking his head, snorting, and rubbing his face in the dirt, but the flies would immediately return to his face. He was standing in the small spot of shade. Any movement would put him in the hot Central Valley sun. He also was in a pen right by the freeway, and the traffic noise was so loud I'm sure he was stressed. They need to provide him with a better shelter, complete with a ceiling fan for cooling and to keep the flies away. He needs fresh water that is changed regularly, as well as a pond to wade in for cooling. He's a mountain animal, not made for these brutal summers. I got the manager's phone number, and I hope he changes the alpaca's living conditions.

We saw the signs for Bravo Farms as we were driving into Fresno and decided we would stop on our way back home, and we are all glad we did. My family used to take long, boring road trips when I was a child, and we used to stop at unique roadside attractions just to get my sister and I to stop whining.This place was a blast from the past. It seemed to be a series of old wooden buildings all joined together in a haphazard sort of "Old West" way. There was so much to look at, and there was even the opportunity to pet and feed goats and an alpaca. They had a café if you wanted to eat, they had mini gold set on the second floor, and a seven-floor tree house. How cool is that? They also had lots of tchotchkes and souvenirs and diet Coke which made me very happy because Fresno County seems to be very much in Pepsi territory.Great for the kids to just run around and explore (they even had an old time arcade), and fun for the parents to feel nostalgic.

I have driven past this place a few times,I don't know why i never stopped. This place is awesome.Lots of neat stuff to see,Lots of souvenirs to buy,wine,fruit,cheese,beer,meat,BBQ etc.. Great place for the kids too,there is an arcade,petting zoo ,tree house and lots more.If you are ever in the area this place is a great place to stop.

This place is so neat!! We make frequent trips through Traver, and always make a quick stop here. There is always something new & interesting to check out, and sometimes we get to watch them make cheese! The people there are just wonderful. The food (with the exception of the ice cream) is not so wonderful. The tri-tip sandwiches served outdoors are just "ok," and they charge way too much for the frozen & microwaved meals inside the restaurant. Still though, totally worth the stop! This place is way more than food! And check out the Worlds Largest Olive just down the street.

I was attracted to stop for the fruit stand, and the cheese & wine tasting, but the cheese tasting center was small with inattentive staff. I didn't see where one might taste wines. The fruit stand was closed, but the main shop for souvenirs and pre-packaged cheese & fruit was open. Hubby loved the old farm paraphernalia and the John Deere bottle opener, he bought. They have many deli and condiment offerings, and the check-out staff was friendly.

We sat down and it took 15 mins for drinks. No one ever returned to our table. Went to the counter 30 mins later and ordered then it took another 45 mins to get our food. Then had to ask for sliverwear and syrup. An hr and a half just to get food?!? Something needs to change here. Won't be returning to eat.

Sometimes I see the quality of a restaurant go down when either management or ownership changes. I have no idea if that has happened to Bravo Farms, but both the food quality and the service (which was beyond terrible) has gone down. We also made this place a stop when we traveled on Hwy 99. Their gift shop is pretty awesome. We just won't be eating there anymore.
