景点印象
风景优美的老建筑,大堂摆设和壁炉非常值得参观,最喜欢纪念品店的土著工艺品,价格相当不菲,一个手工人偶要900刀,不过真的精致而有特色
The history behind this iconic hotel is wonderful. Also, I highlyrecommend the Bracebridge Dinner (in December) as a once in a lifetime experience!
Even if you don't stay here, plan on at least one night for dinner. Arrive early and enjoy the bar and walk around the premises. Lots of history to enjoy.
The building is great; open to the public; fantastic views through the tall windows; restaurant is okay; wish they would serve hot milk with the hot coffee and tea.
Go there, just to walk thru when you visit Yosemite. You won't be disapointed. We went because a friend said it was a must.I am glad that we did.
The Ahwahnee is a must see. I love its Indian motif, all the stained class, its large grand dining room and grand sitting area. We browsed for two hours in this historic Hotel. We also sat out back in the wooden recliners to enjoy the deer resting on the lawn. Then we had lunch in the grand dining room. Everything was very delicious, yet a little pricey for us.
The dining room at the Hotel is not to be missed. Yes, the service is deliberate, Yes the prices are steep, Yes the food can be a bit uneven, Yes, the wine list is extensive & pricey, but all that pales to the magnificence of the Room & the richness of the history there. Make a reservation & indulge yourself & your senses at least once in your life!
Great to browse around, shop, and most of all, sit around the fire with a good book or card game. No need to stay overnight, but must sit for a meal if you can.
The Ahwahnee Hotel is a beautiful landmark. We were able to take a historical tour and the ranger was very knowledgeable. It is expensive and some of the rooms are dated but there were renovations in process.
We did not stay here but stopped here a few times for drinks and snacks it's expensive but worth it. Next time we will definitely eat here and in my dreams have a suite here !
Staff is as nice as can be, but the chef's holiday event at the far end of the great room was noisy and distracting to other visitors. Somehow, the beauty of this place is lost in the noise and people traipsing back and forth in their clunky high heeled boots for this event. Why do women have to "whoop" loudly? There voices carried throughout the great room.
Even in a year without winter snow the Hotel is warm and friendly. The fires in the fireplaces and the atmosphere of the place is very old world and comfortable. A great time.
This hotel is amazing. My wife and I visited here to have some dinner(over priced) and we ended the night by enjoying this amazing landmark. What wonderful energy. Grab a book and relax by the bar.
I didn't stay at the Ahwahnee Hotel as I couldn't get a booking however we did visit there. The place is very spacious and the main dining room is huge and smells strongly of log fires. We looked around the hotel and found it had so much atmosphere and history attached to it. We had lunch in the dining room and it was delicious. The staff were very helpful and professional
Magnificent, majestic rooms where the fireplaces could serve as a bedroom. The dinning hall, solarium and grand hall are very cozy.
