We visited Sea Life at the tail end of our LegoLand trip. That it's a small aquarium was a bonus for us, because we were exhausted. There's a preponderance of jellyfish, but also some really cool views of sharks, rays, and other critters. You can take a cool break to watch Clutch Powers do some undersea exploration, and then you can mosey over to the little tide pool and touch some real live sea creatures, like sea snails and starfish. It took us about 20 minutes total to get through -- admittedly, our attention spans were shortened by two full days of LegoLand rides, but Sea Life was a nice experience to cap it all off.
We were in a group with several adults, teenagers and one small child. The small child really enjoyed it but most of the group wasn't so engaged. I think this is an excellent place for smaller children but not so much for teenagers or older children. The set up is nice and there is interesting sea life.
The Aquarium is fun. There are a lot of sea life there. You can either exit the park afterwards or you can get stamped and spend the rest of the day at LEGOLAND.
The sea life here. I would love to be able to go again. The place was fun to go to and the staff was amazing.
I was so excited to see the medusa display ! Different variety of sea animals and some figures made out of legos.Great strategy on having the restaurant at the end of the building.Lego's fans don't miss this opportunity!
I took a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old on separate visits. While they were drawn to different parts of the exhibits, they both had an equally wonderful day. Just as in Legoland, the room with all the Legos to put together is a fantastic attraction for all ages, as everyone adds to a huge project in their own way. It's hard to pull the kids away so they don't spend all their time here. Be sure to grab something to eat before entering the walk-through, as you can be witness to feeding time at the fish tanks surrounding the restaurant. Great way to feel connected at the start, as it all gets more exotic as you proceed through this fascinating collection of sea life.
This place is a wonderful place to take a breather during your visit to Legoland. We made a terrific choice to get the 2-day parkhopper tickets. So each day, we experience Legoland from opening until midafternoon, then we went over to the SeaLife aquarium to relax and unwind towards the end of the day. It's dark, cool, calm, and quiet. We definitely recommend it if you like soothing, peaceful, relaxing experiences!
The only reason we visited this aquarium was that the entry to this aquarium was included in our LEGOLAND pass. However, this aquarium is pretty average and there was nothing special that would have made it worthwhile to spend extra dollars for its individual tickets.
the $15 parking almost scared us away since we weren't going to legoland but we got a $10 reimbursement at guest services. nice place to spend a little time but not sure I would go back. two year old enjoyed it and I did see some new and interesting things.
This is not Sea World but a very good aquarium nonetheless. Staff and exhibits were wonderful. There was a large variety of sea life there and the aquarium was very well done. Visibility of all the sites were wonderful. My kids enjoyed seeing so many different types of sharks, fish, stingrays, jellyfish, sea horses, etc. The layout and descriptive plaques throughout the aquarium were very good; perfect amount of information without losing everyone. The use of colour within the facility was fantastic.Great staff at the feeling ponds for the children. Knowledgeable. We enjoyed our trip there. Good for all ages.We had combo passes with Legoland for admission. Bought at Costco.
This feature adds so much value to Legoland and I was impressed by the variety of sea life they had there! So nice to break up day and spend time there and then return back to Legoland...will definitely return again.
Visited while at legoland. Kids loved the exhibits and the staff. We had a great time and will be back.
Nice addition to LEGOLAND but I think we rolled through in about 45 min. The exhibits are nice and the variety is good. Just not huge and all are enclosed aquarium no big fish.
This aquarium on its own is not a spectacular attraction....however when paired with Legoland it adds value to your visit.....well worth a look.
Good break from visiting lego land. Multiple floors and exhibits for keep my 6 year old entertained. Photo opportunities that can be printed on lego bricks are a fun souvenir.
