地标必须得拍！胡佛纪念塔！它是为庆祝斯坦福建校50周年而建，同时为了纪念当时的美国总统胡佛对学校建设做出的巨大贡献。

该塔是校园标志，会出现在各种宣传画上，以校长名字命名。登塔门票3刀，服务人员都是在校学生志愿者，登塔能看到校园全景，赶上天气好恨不得看到旧金山呢

Love to take our visitors up there on a Clear Day for the overview of the Stanford University campus and surrounding area. Bargain!

The tower provides visitors a nice view of the whole area. We started our Stanford tour from here. It takes just $2 per head for admission. Take the lift and go up to the terrace to get a bird's eye view. You can also get a rough idea about the location of different buildings before you actually start exploring the place by foot. Parking near Hoover tower an be a problem as most of the spaces are reserved.Best time is to go on a Sunday.

It's only a $2 admission, so it's worth it to get a few snaps of the view of Stanford from above. There's a small little museum at the bottom. Maybe try to bring exact change as the person taking tickets when I was there was having a hard time breaking the $20s and $50s.

In campus of Stanford University in Palo Alto there is a beautiful tower in memory of former president of USA .you could go to top of tower and by elevator and in a special time of day you could listen to a big music instrument that is Heard through far away and you could watch all bay area .there is a small museum in lower level .

If there is a long long and you don't want to wait, plan to go back. the exhibits on the main floor are really interesting and from the top of the tower you get an excellent view of "the farm" and how expansive it is. It is the ultimate orientation to Stanford from on high.

Pay the $2 to take advantage of the views on top. On a clear day you not only get a good grasp of the campus but can see for miles I all directions.

The Hoover Tower gives you a great view of the surrounding areas, but don't miss the Hoover museum room on the ground floor

Culture, heritage, view of the university .. there is a lot to see right from the top and well marked photos help place all the buildings together .. must see for everyone.

Interesting museum at the bottom amazing Bell "Organ" at the top!!!!And of course the view! To make the most of this trip up the tower ask your docent questions - They know lots!!! And if they don't have an answer they will find it for you! Be aware that back packs, food and drinks are not allowed up the tower and you will be asked to leave them at the bottom.

For just one dollar you enter an extraordinary place with a library and elevator to the top of the campus. An iconic landmark visible from anywhere on campus, it offers a view of the campus that cannot be missed.

When you go up in Hoover Tower, one gets a nice view of the Campus. Its also one of the landmarks for the campus. There are also some historical museum displays.Parking can be an issue when you visit the campus. Its easier to take Cal Train and then take the Marguerite Shuttle to different areas of the campus.

The view is unparalleled in the area, and the lobby is even more interesting. I feel for the folks who work on the tower's interim levels because there are few if any windows.

A great view of Stanford campus and the surrounding area. On a clear day, you will see as far as San Francisco.
