Whether it's with the family or gal's time, this place will make it fun. Soooo many eateries to eat at. soooo many little boutiques to shop at. And the quiet little park in the center to take a break and rest at.It's big! You literally can spend a Saturday or Sunday and enjoy yourself. We enjoyed it.
Healdsburg downtown plaza (square) is very trendy and upscale with the prices, especially with the clothiers, bottom dollar $50 sale racks to $300+ just for a top. Loved the kitchen store: staff exceeded friendly and helpful expectations, plus we found numerous never seen before items--. Great shopping experience for us at the kitchen store. We also found the book store to be very appealing. Restaurants are pretty pricey. We ate one night at the Bear Republic Brewing Co., excellent food and beer but the noise will leave your ears ringing for days afterwards. Enjoyed the Williamson Winery tasting and food pairing--very interesting experience.
very quaint and pretty locale- great location, centrally located. Try to stay at a hotel near the plaza so you can walk around easily for meals, etc.
The square is lovely to just sit and take a break, and the shops and restaurants around the plaza are great places to explore. Some really nice things to buy--some very expensive, but others not so much. Same with restaurants--some expensive and some not so much--but good food, nonetheless
All the shops and wine boutiques you need within walking distance. Nice clothing shop in the old Italian bank.
I love towns with a plaza and this one while small is lovely with many benches to take a rest or walk your dog. There are great shops surrounding it as well as wine tasting, coffee and food to be had. Many flowers blooming on a sunny day and some very old palm trees grace the plaza adding a historical flair.
This town square is delightful and brings that old town feel to your day! If you're lucky, you'll be there during one of their art festivals or farmer's markets.
A quaint leafy square surrounded with hotels, bars and restaurants and funky boutiques. Nice for a stroll, or just sitting in the square people watching
We visited Healdsburg Plaza early morning before most of the tasting rooms were open. We will return when we can spend more time. It is beautiful! We ate dinner at Baci Café and Wine Bar and it was fantastic! We can't wait to return to Healdsburg!
Lovely little town with many upscale boutique shops. Ate at Willie's Seafood - small plates, good but not inexpensive and Ralph's Bistro very good but also rather expensive. Did not find a restaurant that did not have a corkage fee even with wine bought at a local winery.
Park in one place and walk to it all in the square and surrounding streets. Many nice shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms and restaurants.
We really enjoyed looking through all the shops and art galleries. We ate at Willie's Seafood & Wine Bar (which was excellent!) and the Healdsburg Grill (HBG). They had good cocktails as well as some good bar food.
The Plaza is beautiful and makes a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. Great restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms face the plaza.
The Plaza is a pleasant place to stroll, sip and savor . . .what more can one say? There are several tasting rooms, and some wonderful restaurants, all withing one block of the plaza.
People friendly, shopping, wine, food, and great places to stay. Love this place! La Crema is one of my favorite wineries, and staying at the Healdsburg Inn is the best.
