thor's and the old mill grill

I have been coming to this place for years, as I work at the park just down the road. I also figured this place needed to be added to let people know about what to do here in Fort Ransom.Businesses have come and gone, but like most small towns, the bar is usually always around. In Fort Ransom, it's Thor's.To me, Thor's is not going to be the place you get absolutely trashed and can howl at the moon til 3 in the morning on a bar stool, and then go puke outside on the corner all the booze you just inhaled. They can party it up good, the Fourth of July street dances are always a blast (sometimes they've also known to have a band playing some random Friday or Saturday night). But Thor's is also the place I've always known where I can head in and be able to see everyone in town, say hello/how've you been, have a nice conversation and catch up with the neighbors, all the while having a good Pizza Corner pizza. Or on Tuesday nights, you'll be in here for a burger for "Buck Nite" :)Thor's is all about that small-town, honkytonkin', good time "sit-down-have-a-drink-or-two" feeling. You might get to know some people, even feel like you met the whole town when you stop by. And you will feel welcomed, like the young kid who hasn't been back in years finally comes back to see old friends.
