A group of 8 of us attended a private wine tour & tasting at this wonderful little winery on Highway 101. We were taken on a tour of the facilities by one of the owners, Dick. He showed us all of his equipment and told us about the history of the winery. Then Tracy, one of the employees, took us through a tasting of six of their wines, along with cheese, crackers, cold cuts, olives, fruit & chocolate. We had a lovely table set up in the room with the large tanks of wine. It was a lot of fun and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Had a charming visit with the proprietor of the Hoodsport winery. Lots of laughs and a little history lesson too. The wines we tasted were delicious. The fruit wines Pear and Raspberry are like none we've ever tried. The raspberry wine is like drinking a fresh raspberry. They also carry local ciders and other unique gifts.

My husband and I stopped by the Stottle Winery Tasting Room in Hoodsport over Easter weekend. We were visiting The Alderbrook Resort and Spa and wanted to get out for some "adult" activity. Stottle Winery allows children, which is nice as we'd been busy all weekend doing kid activities like beach combing, swimming, etc.The gal pouring was friendly and knowledgeable. The wine was good and we ended up leaving with two bottles, a Syrah and a Cab. Cute little shop and worth a visit when in the area. We had heard about Hoodsport Winery but upon reading reviews about their wines, we decided to forgo that visit. We heard about Stottle Winery through word of mouth and I am glad we stopped by. I would recommend that the marketer for Stottle Winery reach out to The Alderbrook marketing team and ask to be incorporated into their activities and things to do recommendations.
