dessert aire golf and country club

We played Dessert Aire golf course on a Tuesday, which is ladies day. Since the ladies were playing some unknown golf games, we started our golf on the back nine, with no one ahead of us and no one behind us. In other words, we had NO pressure. The greens were perfect and the same for all 18 holes. While the grass was different from our normal greens, they were absolutely similar and consistent. Also, the fairway grass was a beautiful green color and the rough was tough to get out of, as it is supposed to be. The fairways were wide and had no water holes to go over. The sand was perfect. A wonderful drive from the Puget Sound area if you get up early. We played in less than 4 hours and had a very pleasing time. The staff was ultra friendly, as was their nature in this small community. A place to go and enjoy golf right on the Columbia River.
