My wife and I played this course 20 years ago when we visited Osoyoos but had to cut the round short due to a thunderstorm. Flash forward, we now own property in Oroville and recently became members at this great small town course. The staff, including Dolly, Kim, and Jake are friendly, and wonderful folks. Try a grilled turkey sandwich and a $2 Corona after your round! Great views of the Similcameen River and the pristine desert surroundings. Groundhogs and deer abound. Don't get greedy on these challenging 9 holes. Hit the fairway and take an extra club on the elevated greens! A must try if you're in the Osoyoos and Oroville area. Check out Veranda Beach when you're in town!

I would recommend trying it. Even during this summer's drought and considering it is in the middle of the desert, it was lush and beautiful and well appointed

Decided to play Oroville G.C. on a family visit to Oroville Washington. Wow, what a neat little course it is! It is such a challenging course and so picturesque! Not for the faint of heart if walking! The first hole, a real long one, ends with a very steep hill up to the green, where you are shooting blind if below the hill. But after that the course evens out a little and on 3 there is a beautiful view of the river below. The course Is a 9 hole with different tee off places for the next nine if you wish to play 18. Walking 9 was great but 18 got a little long and I would recommend a golf cart for 18. The only slight problem I faced was that there were many wasps by the tees, but they were actively catching them in traps, so the course was keeping the nuisance to a minimum. All in all a very good course for such a small town!

Decided to try this course as we had heard interesting things about it. Staff was welcoming, course was challenging. It is a 9 hole course with the back nine being a repeat but from a slightly different angle. Some of the holes you are shooting blind- green hidden behind a rock! but that comes with any new course when you are unsure of where you are going . Compared to golfing in Osoyoos cost was very reasonable. We plaid $ 83 with cart for 2 for 18 holes. Sand bunkers were hard, slope on greens made for a challenging round.
