slippery pig brewery

Been drinking their beer since they were in their field. Excellent thrn, excellent now. My only problem with the new location id the idea that they need to have "bands". This place is no good for the obnoxious loud bands that play here.As I write this, a bunch called Battle Church is "playing". What they lack in talent (and it is a huge lack), they make up for in volume.Loud does NOT equal good.

We loved their Rhubarb IPA- it was our favorite beer we tried while on the Kitsap Peninsula, and we went to 4 different breweries. You can buy nuts, cheese, salmon, crackers there but no hot food. But you can bring food in to eat or order from nearby restaurants and have food delivered. They have lots of room with one wall with windows that looks out over the town/waterfront area. There is a large room where they have entertainment, probably on weekends. They had a big birthday party there one evening while we were there- lots of room for plenty of guests. The service was great. We got to try lots of samples before settling on what to order a pint-or two- of. We appreciated the WIFI access while there since we are old school with no smart phones and were able to use our kindle to check emails etc. while enjoying our drinks.

Passing through on stop #6 for our brewery tour. Great tap room, nice waitress, good beer. What else can I say?
