I used to live by this place. I went there all the time. I order the same thing every time. They never get my order right. One time my soup was watered down. Another time I was offered a tequila shot from a drunk Hispanic waiter. In addition the very last visit in learning my ultimate lesson: my soup was cold and my chicken practically raw.
