Sigillo Cellars recently relocated into the heart of old Snoqualmie, just over a mile east of Snoqualmie Falls and is very well worth a visit in the area. There is a very comfortable seating area - a sofa and chairs in front of the fire and several tables as well as the bar area where you can stand. Sigillo will generally have 8-10 varieties available to taste and specializes in Bordeaux and Rhone varietals but also has cab sauv & merlot. Their Cincaut is outstanding and also very much enjoy the Tempranillo. Wines are reasonably priced relative to other Washington wineries with most in the $18-low 30's and the tasting fee is refunded with a purchase. We have held onto a few bottles to age them a year plus and they definitely improve with time. Overall, the wine is very good (and has won some medals at events) but wouldn't say it is on par with the top Washington wineries (which can be much more expensive). The workers are really friendly and will bring wine to where you are seated for tasting. A great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine (you can also buy a glass of wine after tasting or of course by the bottle). There is also a small kids area with some kids activities. On weekends, they have been hosting live entertainment in the evening. Overall, if you live in the area or passing through to visit the Snoqualmie Falls - well worth a visit.
