With more hotels and lots of restaurants to chooses from the convention center is growing. It is a nice area for the people of the Tri Cities to host larger conventions and sporting events.

We had a convention here for 3 days, the facility was clean and seemed to be well run. Lots of space to have as many or as little space you needed for your needs. Restrooms were kept clean while we were there. Its right next to the Toyota center which is a plus, and parking was better than other convention centers I have been at. The only down side was you had to drive a half a mile to get something to eat.
