Shotgun Nellie runs the store and currently it is a bit crowded in its locations by JavaMan. She will be moving to White Buck Trading Co. site soon, though and will continue the traditions there that made it a fun place for kids to go. She has great western stuff

Recently visited Winthrop, WA and shopped at a new store, Shotgun Nellies. I found all the gifts I intended to buy plus a few more in this unique store. From Candles, to puzzles to antler candle holders. Owner is a long time Winthrop resident with family ties back to the early 1900's. She had lots of good information to share about the valley. Will definitely visit again and again and again.

As annual visitors to the Winthrop area, we were very excited to find a new addition to the shopping fare. Shotgun Nellie's is a quaint, ecclectic gift shop, with a western and outdoor theme. Affordable gifts, unique antler creations and handmade candles, with a sparkling, talkative owner, artist, Nilcene (Nellie) Harris. We were fascinated by the offerings, from handmade knives, unique lamps, windchimes, metal signs , and so much more. We really enjoyed looking around and yes, found some great buys. The conversation with Nilcene was worth more than anything, she is a real gem and we can't wait to go back to see what new goodies she has to offer. This little shop is a great stop in town and without a doubt, you will be able to find great gifts at very affordable prices.
