This park is the end of the Renaissance Trail. This part of the trail recently opened after flooding a few years back. Worth the trip. Beautiful views and not so crowded right now.

A little beach spot right on the Columbia. Watch the planes take off from across the river at the Portland International Airport, or watch the boats go by on the Columbia. Offers great views of Mt. Hood. Does have a restroom, and picnic tables. Nice spot to just relax for a bit.
