Upfront is one of our favorite date night spots. The shows are always interactive, lively and fun. Given that it's improv its never the same show, so it's a great winter activity. The tickets are affordable and the players and volunteers always friendly.

Went to the improv show "Hellingham." The comedians actors did a great job. At the beginning some seemed maybe a little nervous, but it all shaker out and they did a great job. We laughed, and that was the goal. The price is very reasonable, really a pretty good crown, 100+ people.... It is improv so the folks, play off one another, really fun We will be back... thanks...

Every Friday and Saturday in October, the Upfront puts on Hellingham--a murder mystery show. The players draw a character out of a hat, which members of the audience have put together, and they draw cards to decide who will be the murderer, and who will get murdered. The actors work to create conflict and believable scenes so that the whole thing turns into a cohesive story. For those of you who've always avoided improve out of dread of being pulled up on stage, you have nothing to fear.

Wife and I visited here for a date night last week and once again laughed our heads off. It's always a blast and if you are in Bellingham, please don't miss out on this place!

I do recommend this venue if you're looking for a change of pace. It is very affordable, so even if the show isn't great, I think you'll get your money's worth. Improv is unpredictable - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The show we saw featured two sets of actors doing straight improve - no script or theme at all. The first pair never really clicked, but the second duo was laugh- out- loud funny. You might look for a show that has more of a premise or rudimentary script. I was told that those shows generally are more successful.

The first time I went to the Upfront to see their infamous improv, I was doubtful they could compete with larger cities. They proved me wrong. I have been 3 times to 3 different shows, with different performers, and each time I have walked away still laughing and amazed. 2+ hours of great entertainment for $10! Absolutely a must see in Bellingham.

If there is an improv show available, this quaint venue is the perfect place to watch it. You'll laugh often and the small setting makes it even more fun. The revolving door of actors keeps it upbeat and fun, but if you come often enough, you'll find your favorites on stage. This is just a really great way to spend an evening and your funny bone with thank you!

This place is owned by whose line's Ryan Stiles who is a Bellingham native and his comedic expertise shines in his theater. It has a great feel and is very welcoming. The shows are always hilarious. Great place for everyone. Check the schedule for all times of shows, they change every month. Most shows are improv, and that makes it all the better

We were able to catch a Sunday "Dynamo" show - what a deal - $5!We were very impressed and would most definitely come back to see this or any other production - awesome local improv. They had a decent Selection of beer / wine - wine by the bottle is a steal - snacks were all packaged - but you don't come here for the food - enjoy!

as others have said it is great time out, small and cozy-ish but still well worth the visit.get your tickets online for a lower price than at the door

My daugher and I went to the Upfront on Friday. It was their Space Trek show and we laughed our butts off. Very entertaining and family friendly.

The Upfront is worth it - no matter what is playing there! Ticket prices are more than reasonable and the comedy is superb.

Had a wonderful time at this improve theater. Owned by Ryan Stiles and sometimes he is there. However, is he isn't don't let that stop you from going. The entertainers there are excellent and will have you laughing all evening.

The performers realy put it all out there. The show was enhanced by a responsive audience. Good interactive improv.
