The airport is perfectly located and the facility nice and tidy. The staff were very friendly and competent. It was a most enjoyable day for my wife and I. Highly recommend.

Came down here for a birthday celebration. Fantastic facility, with great organization. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great communications via email to keep us posted for any changing variables. Instructors are all very knowledgable who bring safety to the front of the line. All equipment is state of the art with a fantastic track record. Will be returning again soon.

On Tuesday, August 5, 2014 my entire family (husband, two sons and their girlfriends) traveled to Skydive Carolina to tandem jump for the very first time. It was an incredible and life-changing experience. The freedom and exhilaration you feel after jumping from the side of an airplane at 14,000 feet cannot be put into words. I researched companies and their safety records extensively before choosing Skydive Carolina. I was, after all, placing my entire family's well-being into their hands. Our experience from the minute we made our reservations was seamless. Everything was explained in detail and all of our questions were answered. We also purchased the full photo and video package for everyone and the price is well worth it. My tandem instructor Dave was the best. He was knowledgeable and focused but fun and comforting at the same time. My videographer was Jorge and he was awesome. Everyone loved their instructors and videographers - they all had a way of making us feel comfortable and safe. We can't wait to go back and jump again.

This was my first skydive adventure. I am so glad I found Skydive Carolina. All of the staff were wonderful. Helped me to not be so nervous. It was truly the most wonderful experience of my life!! I have already paid to go again. So if you are considering giving skydiving a try, give these guys a chance. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

This was a birthday gift for my 18 year old son, his father and brother tagged along. What a wonderful day it was. Your staff is professional and wonderful. The cloud cover was low the morning of our jump, however your staff kept us informed of delays. Once the cover had lifted enough to start jumping the fun started. Everyone from your instructors, to your check in staff to the man who ran the snack shack were wonderful, friendly and made you feel right at home. My crew can't wait to do it again and they already purchased their next jump. Thank you for a wonderful day.

REALLY AWESOME experience. Very professional. Great service. Great equipment. ALL DETAILS are covered. Professional staff who care and really want you to have a great time. First time doing this and will be back. one of the greatest experiences we have ever done. Definitely pay the extra and get the video and pictures on the usb. Well worth the money.

I too celebrated my 60th birthday by doing a tandem jump at Skydive Carolina and enjoyed it so much, I used their coupon to do a second tandem two days later at half price! Greg, my pre-jump instructor, was knowledgeable and managed to put even those leery of jumping out of a plane at 14,000 feet at ease. I can't say enough about Ashley, my tandem instructor. She was friendly and professional and gave me the canopy ride of a lifetime, pointing out areas of interest and reviewing landing procedures while in the air. Shaggy, the videographer, managed to get some great shots in spite of me being extremely camera-shy. The facility itself was clean and inviting and the entire staff, owners included, were warm and personable. Was the 10 hour drive from New Jersey worth it? You bet!!!!

I celebrated my 60th birthday by doing my first tandem jump. It was every bit as thrilling as I had imagined it would be. The pre-flight instruction was thorough and informative and eased my fears of any safety issues. Doug was my tandem jumper and I couldn't have asked for a better partner. Shaggy, my videographer, took some amazing shots and video that I'll be able to enjoy for years to come. I used a Groupon for this adventure and it saved me $50. The facility itself was pretty easy to find - everyone was friendly and accommodating and my only complaint was that it was over way too fast. Thanks Skydive Carolina! You gave me an experience I will be talking about forever!!

My daughter wanted to skydive to mark the occasion of turning 18yrs old, graduating from high school, and her sister's upcoming wedding. We'd heard about CSD! from a friend and since the weather was going to be nice, we booked a tandem jump online. Finding the place was as easy as booking the online appointment & only took us 1&1/2 hours to get there from south Charlotte. A family runned business, everyone was super friendly and accommodated our request to place a banner on the runway so it could be caught in the video on her way down. Shaggy, the videographer did an excellent job in filming our entire experience. The owner jumped tandem with my daughter & has logged in over 6,000+ jumps, so I felt at ease with her falling 2 miles back down to earth with him. In total, we spent only $300 for memories that will last a lifetime! I was so inspired, I might take the plunge when I turn 50!! I highly recommend this place due to it price, professionalism & proximity to Charlotte.

I have jumped tandem twice in my life both at Skydive Carolina. Both times I had different skydivers who were very helpful and entertaining. They show a required video and do a good job explaining exactly what you need to know and do before and after jumping out the plane. The location is sort of out in the middle of nowhere but it sort of needs to be considering the space they need. I trust this company and recommend to anyone who is looking for something fun to do!!!

Great layout for passing through skydivers. Food, hanger, washrooms, training center all convienent. Camping .Showers. Wifi.

Skydive Carolina will be my new home and my newest hobby. I bought this sky dive experience through Living Social..i was so pumped until the weather messed up our plans twice..third time was the charm. The weather was great, my tandem instructor Chuck was so funny, the videographer had a great personality, everyone made the experience a blast!

My first skydiving experience was November 10. My second was 20 days later. Now I think I'm done with tandem and moving on to AFF to get my license. The instructors here are excellent. Very professional. I always felt that safety was their number 1 concern. On my second jump the instructor even gave me the altimeter and let me open the chute. Also taught me some hand signals and a little about how to fly my body. Love this place!

This place is well run, we did our first tandem jump there. the staff put you at ease and explain everything. The wait wasn't too long, and the skydive itself was a lot of fun. If you want to try a tandem jump you can't go wrong with this place.
