Memorial Stadium epitomizes College Football. Beautiful, large (seating just under 82,000), full of screaming Tiger fans, very hot most of the time. At the same time, Clemson fans are for the most part friendly to visiting school fans. Some schools are not very welcome. However being NC State fans we have always been treated very well. Before & after the game we have been always offered something to drink and eat. Clemson & NC State are the same type of school. Land Grant, STEM oriented. Tailgating is always fun at Clemson. A lot of the parking spots are a good distance away from the Stadium itself as you might expect with it being o campus. The spots right around the Stadium are reserved for Clemson season ticket holders. If you are a visitor you may have to walk as much as 2 miles to get to the Stadium. There are a lot of concession stands & bathrooms which are always clean. One problem is the steep climb in the upper decks. If you are seated towards the top is is a long way up and there is no easy way to get there. Clemson is one of the few schools that actually invites fans to come on the field after a game and just mingle. Wish more schools did this.

Always wanted to come to see a game here thanks to the espn hype of "the 25 most exciting seconds in college football" plus I like clemson. Well it wasn't a let down. And to help things they whooped north carolina (I'm a dukie). I'll definitely make a return trip in a few years. Atmosphere was awesome.

The true college football atmosphere. More people tailgate than can fit in the stadium, everyone is friendly, and the upper deck has the best views for the game. If you want the true experience get tickets in the lower deck row L or closer. It's loud, it's hot, and it's Clemson football with 86,000 of your closest friends. Clemson does football right.

First time to watch a game in Death Valley-Great seats on the visitors side [in November]. If you love America this is a fantastic venue. Started off with God Bless America, The Pledge of Allegiance, and the Star Spangled Banner. Everyone stands for the kickoff and most of the game. It is college football at its finest. And to boot final score Clemson 35 South Carolina 17!

If you want to go and experience a college football game this is definitely the place to go. This is God's country and there is absolutely nothing like it. If you get the privilege to go make sure you plan to stay after the game and go down on the field.

Came to "Death Valley" to cheer on my Louisville Cardinals and despite our loss had a great time at the game. Clemson fans were great on the whole and the stadium is truly something to see!

We visited Clemson for the Syracuse game on homecoming weekend. It was our first American football game and we enjoyed everything about it. The stadium itself is huge, but still it doesn't take long to get in and out of. The noise inside is amazing, it reached 110dBA during the game, you could feel the intensity in the air. The lines for the snack stands and toilets moved very quickly. We will definitely be back and see some more games in the near future.

One of the great stadium experiences in all the USA. The tailgating is great and the fans are very inviting. Was in town for the Clemson v Louisville tilt with some Louisville fans and they couldn't believe how nice the fans were. Football isn't about concessions but the lines move fast if you need any of the standard stadium fare. They still have the pass out rule so you can leave at halftime to eat drink at your tailgate. Great place to watch a game.

As a visitor from the UK this stadium gets in my top 3 of all time... The fan friendly atmosphere was exceptional and the entrance just something else... I had never experienced college football and now I understand why it matters so much....

We attended the Clemson vs NC State game while visiting my nephew last weekend. I haven't been to a college football game since 1987 - so it was nice to reminisce about college days and experience it with and tell my nephews about it.What a beautiful campus! Very hilly, but I eventually made it where I was going. The president of the university was walking around prior to the game so it was fun to see him. Parking spaces are at a premium so arrange for one ahead of time. After the game you can only drive off campus so don't think you'll get back on if you need to and traffic is a nightmare. But it was worth it. We had a great family day together and the Tigers won 41-0!We rented a house on Lake Hartwell which was also only outgoing traffic so we couldn't return there until a good two hours after the game. No big deal for us, but something to think about for next time. Stay farther away...

I'm sorry to say that as a Clemson fan I'm embarrassed when fans from out of town come to visit our stadium vendors..we really need to work on serving some better foods for the price we pay!! Go Tigers

Everyone in the geographic area should have an opportunity to be at a Clemson University Tigers football game. Best spirit and loud.

What an experience! Even if you never went to Clemson, GO to a game here! It is rich with history and tradition! The tailgate is such a cool spectacle for any sports fans and there is not a bad seat in the house. True, the Upper Deck seats are high, but they are perfect position to watch the Tigers arrive in the bus and run down "THE HILL"!! Go Tigers!!

You haven't experienced college football, until you've experienced it in DEATH VALLEY!!! Awesome from the moment you walk through the gates.
