Could have been a really nice experience as the pool, slide etc is pretty nice but was very crowded. The lounge chairs were a bit grimey as well. The slide is pretty cool for a public pool.I thought the concession prices for the food was outrageous. I don't know how people with more than 1 or 2 children could afford it.
We have been twice with 4 kids ranging from 7 to 10. The main attraction is a slide that puts you into a vortex before dropping you into an 8 foot pool (picture those things you put change in that roll it in big circles). The kids loved it and of course most of the teenagers hung out there. The longest line was 5 minutes. There are 3 smaller slides too. To go down any slide, you must pass a short swim test. The splash zone has at least 30 different water features. My kids spent hours playing here. Toddlers to adults enjoyed this part. Last there is a large swimming pool with lanes and plenty of room to splash and swim. Cheapest admission of the Greenville parks - $7. Food is also very cheap, but drinks are pricey. (There is also a water fountain and you can go to the car for a picnic and come back inside the park).Clean bathrooms and changing rooms. Plenty of seating with large umbrellas.Overall, a great park, but not as many attractions as Otter Creek, Discovery Island, or Shipwreck Cove.
