The arena was very easy to get to from our hotel...the parking was right across the street and we had no problems getting to our seats...the grounds were nicely manicured and the sidewalks looked brand new...would recommend!
I've been here for everything from wrestling to basketball, the circus, seminars, hockey, etc. and I've never been disappointed about anything. It's a great atmosphere for the family with lots of GPD finest on site. The prices are great from the tickets to the concessions to the parking. I've been to over 30 events here and I plan to go to many more. My most recent was for the WWE event with my kids.
I've seen concerts, circus, ice shows, special events and it's never been a disappointment. The parking garage is connected to property so it's only a short walk away and it's the cheapest of any of the parking available. Plenty of concessions as well as restroom facilities. Easily accessible wheelchair seating available on main and upper level, but must be purchased directly from box office. Only negative is the concession prices...
What a nice facility ! This is the second time I have been to The BassMaster Classic Weigh-In here and you couldn't find a nicer set up !The seating was comfortable & roomy ! Lots of concessions and a well lit building !
Headed to Bon Securs for a Black Keys concert. First off-City parking garage just steps from arena so don't get gouged by a guy in a hoodie with a sign that says $20. Secondly, the beer vendors are convently overpriced. They have a "concourse" room with full bar and able to see and hear the show while relaxing in a decent lounge seating until you're ready to take your seat. First time to Greenville and I would try it again!
Wonderful place to see a hockey game. We attended last Friday, Feb. 13th and saw a masterfully played game. 6-1 and should have been 10 - 1. The arena is clean and easy to get to and better yet - easy to park and exit at the end of the game. Family friendly. Great venue.
We saw a concert here and overall the arena was clean, good seats, friendly staff, well organized and decent food and beverages. The parking seemed to be limited and we had to pay $20 to park in someone's lot. That would be my only recommendation is more parking but this seems typical at venues like this. Traveling to the arena was easy both coming and going. The police did a good job at directing traffic and making sure pedestrians were safe.
We had a great time at Bon Secours Wellness Arena seeing SC Stingrays vs Greenville Road Warriors. The bathrooms were clean. Seats next to glass were great! Would like to come back! Lines for food looked a little long.
The organization outside the arena and the helpfulness of the Greenville PD was exceptional after the concert. I parked closely and waited on our daughters to come out. The security and organization of flow was impressive. The directed all of the people out and to the directions they needed very smoothly without disrupting normal traffic flow.
We go to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena to watch our local hockey team the Road Warriors play. The womens restrooms are in a deplorable state and I hoped with the recent renovations they would have done something about it. More than a third of the restroom locks do not work at any location around the arena, the water for washing your hands is always cold and the handicapped restrooms are just not big enough.
We went to a hockey game an what impressed me the most is the friedliness of the staff excluding security. Food prices were very high compared to other venues. When we arrived and being new.we did not know the process and got in the wrong lines twice. They were rude, unfriendly, and mot helpful. You would have thought they were armed militady police, but they were security guards. Signage is need to tell outsiders where to go an what to do.
I went there to see the WWE live shooting. The show was good but the venue was terrible. First of all, there's no parking?? Who does that? They only have a "VIP Parking Lot" that you must be invited to in order to use. Everyone else must find other options around the place. There are plenty of parking lots taking advantage of this, so they charge up to $30 just to park your car. Most of these are owner-operated and don't take credit cards. There is a public parking garage close by that charges $5 and does take credit cards, so that's the one I used. It was still about a 10-minute walk from the doors, which did not feel nice in the wintery weather.Apart from that, once I finally got to my seat, I found that the venue had decided to shut down an entire section for no apparent reason, and my seat was part of it. I had to find the person who was re-assigning those seats and she seemed to be playing hide-and-seek. It took a while for me and a staff member to find her and then another while for her to find the seat that I had been re-assigned to.I would probably not come back to this venue unless I had to.
Saw Jeff Dunham at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. This was our first experience seeing Jeff Dunham live. It was a great show - we really like Jeff's shows on comedy central.Only complaint is that the seat are so close together. Otherwise it was a fun night
We came for the Eric Church concert and had a great time. The event staff was friendly and very helpful. The concessions were great. This venue isn't too big or too small. It was just right. I highly recommend catching a concert here. We were upper level...section 221 and we cod see/hear everything perfectly.
My boyfriend and I drove in from Atlanta to see the Keys play and got to Greenville a little early. We paid $5 to park in what I believe was called the North Parking deck and we walked around downtown Greenville before the concert. When we arrived we waited in little to no line to get into the concert and just a normal ten minute line to get a tshirt. We walked up to where our seats were and told we needed to go get new tickets because our section was closed. The boy helping us got a little bit of the backlash from my boyfriend (sorry poor boy if you read this, you were just doing your job). We were worried that we were going to get not-so-good seats, even though we paid for average seats. We didn't know we were getting upgraded until the lady handed us our new seats! We sat in 119H and were directly in front of the stage (minus the floor) and they were great seats! The staff handled the closing of the sections very well and everyone was very pleasant! I'll totally come back to Greenville for another show. I'd rather drive the 2 hours and enjoy my time than drive in traffic in ATL it's probably like 3 hours anyways and not have a great time back home! Loved Greenville!
