fort sisseton state park

This park is well maintained and clean. Holds several well-attended events every year.Off the beaten path but worth the drive! Great family entertainment.

We went when they had Fort Sisseton Days. Great fun for the whole family. It was set up just like it was in history. We went early for we could see the raising of the flag. Enjoyed stepping back in time. Many things to do and see. Went for a wagon ride and walked into the buildings. I believe anyone that likes history would have a great time. A lot of fun.
