It smelled awful in there unlike other climbing places. They did have a wide variety of courses to choose from.

While visiting this area we took our children here just to see what they had to offer. We were blown away by all the walls and options to climb. The employees were are super kind to us and our kids & we will definitely go back. The price is right & worth every penny.

Took the kids back to TRC after a year of them bugging me to go back. We've just had no free time. But will make time to go there more often in the future. My girls, ages 8 and 9, took a little warming up to go to the very top but once they did it there was no keeping them on the ground anymore. They have lines that are designed for beginners that attach to the wall so you don't even need someone belaying for you. My 8 year old was fearless and actually started following the colors and routes to try harder things. My 9 year old found she loved the boulder in the middle and the challenge of climbing while upside down. Mats are out all over for safety and the staff were easily available and happy to belay for the girls so they could try new walls. And we are excited about their expanded climbing area opening in August. Can see how big it will be from the outside but have no idea what the inside will be. I have climbed the flatirons in Boulder, Colorado and still can't quite explain how cool it was on the way up and once we got to the top! I wanted my girls to experience indoor climbing before we try outdoors which they are dying to do. Good value for your money, great to do with family and a real confidence builder! Hope to go back again soon!

I had a date at this place for rock climbing and it turned out great. Mike, one of the people on the front desk, was very nice and informative on safety as well as the different walls we could climb (belay, auto-belay, and bouldering). It was quite packed for a Saturday due to some birthday parties but we were able to get a lot of climbing in. Prices are reasonable and I hope to be back soon to get my belay certification.

Our daughter just turned 5 and we thought she might finally be tall enough to try rock climbing. After finding TRC online, we called ahead to get the scoop and were greeted with very friendly staff providing personal attention. We completed waivers online before showing up and checking in was a breeze. The facility is amazing with areas ranging from novice to expert. The atmosphere was family friendly and all participants were very courteous. This was a perfect way to spend a Saturday morning and we can't wait to go back.

My son (13) went to Triangle Rock Club serveral times. The coaching staff is very helpfull and watches the kids all time. It is also a great place for kids birthday celebrations, they offer a private room for the party and for the rest of the time everybody can get busy.

The Triangle Rock Club is a great place for family team building activity. It is an indoor park with rocks for different skill levels for climbing. The coaching staff works with the kids as well adults to make them comfortable with the harness. It is a good place for an enthusiastic 5+ year old kids and adults. It is easy to lose track of time when you are having fun at this place. There is also a gym upstairs, if you want to keep busy while your other family members are enjoying rock climbing. This place has lots of room, but it can get a little busy on Saturday afternoons.

My wife and I recently started rock climbing at Triangle Rock Club, an indoor climbing gym in Morrisville, near RTP and RDU airport. Since we've started climbing, we can't get enough. Although sometimes, my sore arms wish I did. The staff are great and have been really helpful and friendly to us newbies, belaying for us until we got certified and providing instruction and encouragement as we "learn the ropes". The gym has many different walls to climb, from easy 5.1 to 5.12 in grade as well as bouldering climbs, so there's something for all skill levels. We visit through their Meetup.com group, but they also have day passes, monthly memberships, summer camps, and other programs available to suit everyone's needs. They also organize trips for outdoor climbing at locations like Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock. We hope to go climbing at some of these locations when we get better at indoor climbing. They are in the process of greatly expanding their gym, increasing their climbing space to 25,000 square feet and walls 50 feet high! It will be a few months until is open, but I can't wait to try out the new area. So whether you're an experienced climber or new to climbing, check out Triangle Rock Club and have a lot of fun while getting a killer workout.

We bought a Groupon for lessons on rock climbing at the Triangle Rock Club. It was a one time lesson that got us certified to be able to come back and climb at the gym on our own. During the winter we got a membership to give us something to do for fun and exercise when we didn't want to go outside and get cold. Now its summer so we canceled the membership with no fee and we go back on date night, one pass free for the night. Gym is nice (not as smelly as some can be) and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I took my sales team for an outing to check out this great activity. We were told anyone can do this. I was a non believer until I strapped on my harness and climbed a 24' wall. I was thrilled and proud of myself. I'll be honest I'm not in the best shape and I was exhilarated by the experience. Even better was the team building exercise we did. Picture this the climber is blind folded and the person guiding the climber had to describe each movement by interpting the miming actions of another. Talk about learning about each others strengths and weaknesses. This truly showed how good or bad we are at communicating. I witness all age groups from 5 on up to 60+ climb the walls and rocks. Can you imagine, try it with your kids you'll be impressed how fearless they really are! Happy climbing. I know I'll be back with my family.
