This place should be shut down.There were two employees on our "tour" and one was extremely high and smelled like pot. His speech was slurred and I wasn't sure he would be able to fasten the harness. It's unbelievable that someone hasn't been killed. We didn't complete the tour.I have been on many zip-line tours and never been faced with a situation such as this.

LOVED this course! Was the first time I'd ever done this and now am looking forward to going again! The staff is awesome and made me feel at ease!

Was a ton of fun!! The staff was courteous and professional, and exuded the utmost safety. Our first time zip lining, and we enjoyed it immensely! we will have to try it again. Lunch at the Vance Toe River Lodge was included in the price and was fabulous! Thanks Lee & Lesley!!

Great first time adventure. Eleven zip lines and 4 swing bridges. No worrys though, you're hooked in securely the entire time. Wonderful staff...very helpful and funny. Now my husband and I can move on to more advanced zip lines.

They do a great job here and I highly recommend it. They run it safe and fun and are very professional.

My husband and I, with our 2 boys, went with another couple with two boys. We were all new to ziplining. We were very pleased with our experience. Lee and Leslie, our guides, were very professional and fun. I was the most scared of all of the group, but was reassured by our guides. After we enjoyed our lunch at the Vance Toe River Lodge cafe. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

A lot of fun and very personable. They go out of their way to make first-timers more comfortable without losing their humor :)

Great ranger guides (Jacob and Lindsey) - extremely enjoyable for all! From the most inexperienced to the most adventuresome, all enjoyed the zip line experience. The rangers made everyone feel safe, and were very thorough with their instructions!

Well constructed and maintained canopy tour. Knowledgeable guides (and real life married couple) Lee and Lesley made it fun and safe. They did make fun of my fear of heights but I probably deserved it hanging on the the tree for dear life like I was:). Super fun!

Troop 522 of Jacksonville, Florida brought 26 Boy Scouts and 4 adult leaders for the zip line tour. Most were first-timers, some were experienced zip-liners. Everyone had a blast. It's a great beginners course with enough fun for the "old hands". The rangers were wonderful with the variety of ages and temperaments. Expected the lunch to be cardboard cutouts since they had to prepare for 30 people but all plates were cleared and the adults said the food was amazing. Thank you to Shannon for arranging everything to work with our schedule. The boys will be back and the parents will too!

Our instructors Lee and Leslie, were great. They seemed very knowledgeable about the ziplining. They were very friendly and fun to work with. My first time ziplining, so I was a little nervous. They were very understanding and made you feel at ease. Thanks, Lee and Leslie! We had a blast.

I am terrified of heights but I was able to go through the course thanks to the expert advice from their trained professionals. They did not rush me nor make me feel like a fool for my fears- I got the hang of it and can't wait to go ziplining again.

Adrenaline rush to the max. So helpful and friendly. will go again and again.

Loved the personal attention took into consideration each persons abilities Made me feel great and i was originally anxious it was a great experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who is hesitant for zip lines! it was a great beginner course and the guides were amazing! Jacob and Heather were great!!!! Only problem we had was trying to find accurate directions to the area while looking I found a few different addresses and directions and didnt seem to work either way. I would just call ahead to get good solid directions. The food that came with the tour was amazing! great choices and good food.

Guides are very helpful and it is a beautiful place to soar around, even on a rainy day.
