they have 3 miles of paved walking trails. Benches and swings scattered around. They have an outdoor amphitheater for bands in the summer.

we visited the park every sunday at 5pm, for there summer music series. it's a beatiful park, we walk our dogs and throw the frisbee with the kids. we have met a lot of people while just walking the trails or sitting on the lawn....

Walking, jogging, running and biking trails. Beautiful park as well as historic. The Town of Wake Forest has many festivals here throughout the year.

This is a really nice public park composed of 117 acres outside of the town of Wake Forest. Has miles of paved trails, many benches to sit on and historic farm buildings. Also has a amphitheatre, gardens and a meadow and restrooms. There are numerous swings to sit on also. Great park with lots of parking

This park in Wake Forest has paved walking/running paths. Biking is permitted on the path as well. Public restroom facilities are available but previously were closed during the winter months. My son enjoys launching rockets in the open space. Other people have flown kites. There is no playground at this park but there is ample space to skate board though no official skate park is present.
