Our group of 5, ranging from 9 to 75 years of age, enjoyed this unique half day activity. While the multiple zip lines and bridges are intended to provide occasional tests of personal comfort zones (and did for all but our 9 year old) the evident and redundant safety precautions of the course and the attention to detail and no pressure encouragement by our guides resulted in our unanimous recommendation to our friends that the experience receive "bucket list" consideration.

We value your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience that day. We are a family owned and operated business with this being our first year for the zip line. We unfortunately had a family crisis that day, and our staff did the best they knew how to handle. We take great responsibility in our guide staffing, and could not get any of our trained staff to fill in so shortly. We have since then trained our staff to better handle a situation like that. I see that your refund was given on the 9th, and must have taken a few days to process. Again thank you for taking the time for your feedback and we apologize that our situation effected your tour and experience with us.
We value your feedback and are sincerely regretful that you had such a bad experience with our staffing. We are a family owned and operated business and unfortunately your tour was during a crisis within the family. We deeply apologize that the staff was ill repaired to operate under the circumstances. We take great responsibility in our guide training and thus we could not just send any of our staff out on a trip with you. We have since then created procedures in case of situations where guides are unavailable. I know you stated that you would not be back but if you would consider giving us another try we would be more than happy to provide you with a discount for a return visit. Again, we apologize and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
