Went for lunch with a friend, The restaurant is in a unique setting in a barn. The service was good and our lunch ws served in a timely manner. We split their special steak sandwich with carmelized onions and mushrooms with a side of cold slaw. The sandwich was delicious, but the steak should have been thinly sliced, as it was difficult to eat because the steak was so thick and a little on the tough side. Fun place to go because of the unique atmosphere.

So we decided to spend an evening listening to Gordon Bonham and his superb bluesy music while having dinner, so we went to Traders Point, actually, to The Loft, which is the restaurant they operate. When we realized the prices were obscene, we decided just to order one dish along with two glasses of wine, so we went for the pork, described as "Pork - Rolled roast, sorghum baked beans, Brussels kraut, poached apples, mustard-cider-onion gravy" for $28. We sat and watched the servers run back and forth from the back, cramping dishes of food up to four of them on their arms, plates touching other plates' food while dangerously oscillating between falling down, rolling onto the other plate below or worse. We saw food being "repositioned" in the middle of the plate with the servers' bare hands, and we waited patiently although our appetite was gone by now. When the food finally arrived, it was the worst disappointment we've had in a very long time. The pork was reduced to a tiny piece of rubbery meat, cold, impossible to cut, thrown on top of cold nauseating beans. No flavor, no presentation, of course, no salad or a decent basket of bread and butter. Absolutely nothing but a white plate with a 4" x 4" piece of dry, inedible pork.I was so incredibly disgusted, fueled by the complete disregard and disrespect for their customers' enjoyment from whom appear to be the woman owner and her daughter or granddaughter -- I could be wrong on this --walking around, staring at the tables and the customers. The wine servings were below standard, and at $9 a glass, I would expect to be poured a little bit more than the substandard amount we were given. All in all, it was an atrocious experience, we will make sure all our friends know to avoid this place and its mediocre business practices and I hope people who read this review do not reward bad businesses with their hard-earned money. I know we won't.Visited January 2015

If you want a nice upscale dinner with farm fresh concept, this place is for you. Sit outside Set in Zionsville, Indiana, this quaint restaurant and creamery is beautiful and scenic. They use fresh ingredients. They also have festivals around Christmas and Halloween/Oktoberfest, which are so fun! These are good for kids. Polka boy plays sometimes. Fun times.

The is a true gem in the wild. Go visit the farm, eat their food and enjoy yourself. Treat yourself for something special.

Visited here for the first time last weekend and was very pleased with our experience. The old barn type atmosphere was cool, but be sure to get a table away from the stairs and host stand. It can get a little busy there. The beer and wine list is more than adequate and features a number of local microbrews. Much of the food on the menu is raised on the attached farm, and they try and source all ingredients locally. I had mahi-mahi, however, and I don't know where you would catch that in central Indiana. Our group had a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts. The general consensus was everything was good, although a couple of the main dishes came out a little less than hot. Not a big deal though. Service was good, overall I would recommend.

We live close by and have gone here for 10 years. The quality ranges from awful to good. The restaurant for dinner is always reinventing itself. The latest reinvention is 5 star prices for very small quantities of not very good food served without any presentation. My son got a raw chicken breast for $26!! Sent it back and instead of serving a new one, they cut up the original one in small pieces and cooked it to smithereens. Dinner does not include salad, bread, vegetable or choice of any potato. The place was good when they had pizza night and chili night and less "fancy" food. The few good things they used to have like the cheese fodue and mac n cheese are no longer on the menu. My husband had the roasted pork loin for $33. It was just a piece of tough meat plopped on the middle of the plate. We had a $15 cheese board appetizer with literally 2 tsps of cheese spread, 2 thin shaves of cheese, a glob of fig goo and some pieces of generic white bread. I hope they go back to more basic ,organic ,affordable family friendly fare. Until then, we will not return for dinner. Unless you want to leave with an empty wallet AND an empty stomach, stay home.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Horrific. Took 3 hours to see Santa Claus in a hay bale. Unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff. Poor crafts. Overal awful. Would not advise anyone to go to this event!!!!!!!!

You could spend hours here with an ice cream in hand watching the cattle grazing and looking at the small farm that lies in front of the shop! We just freaked out and bought ourselves big scoops of all the flavors of the day which were strawberry chocolate and vanilla when we visited. The strawberry was awesome with just a slight hint of sweet, the chocolate was decadent and filling, the vanilla just right both in terms of flavor and taste. I would highly recommend this place to families, as an outing for couples with kids and just even a romantic trip out. The creamery also has a small store which stores products that promotes local artisans and farmers.

This used to be amazing! Best and freshest food in town. The last three times we have been there service was awful and rude AND we had to send all of our food back for various reasons. We kept going back because we have been so happy in the past but the last 6 months have not been good. Ice Cream is still amazing!

We come here off and on, mostly for Sunday brunch/breakfast, which has always been outstanding. Just met a friend for lunch yesterday and totally enjoyed their salute to Octoberfest: a small iron skillet with their own pork, veggies and homemade sauerkraut. Totally delicious and could have eaten another one! Great service, rustic atmosphere and wonderful concept.

Here's the scoop: Loved the look and the atmosphere of the place, the staff was great, the pricing was ok, the quality of the food was great (organic, local and natural), the execution of the food could use a few tweaks. Would love to see more flavor.I would recommend at least trying this place for its charm. We had Sunday brunch here.

My family took me to the Creamery two nights ago for dinner and I was underwhelmed. The concept is intriguing and ambience attractive, but the food left much to be desired. For $26 my entrée was a single, skinny, tough, chicken breast with a few veggies on the side. My brother-in-law's white fish was thinly cut, marginally tasty and overly priced. One bright spot was their speciality cheese board for $16 which we did enjoy. We should have skipped the entrees after the cheese board and called it a night!

If you are north of Indianapolis then you may want to stop off here to get a nice meal and insights into an organic cattle farm. The service was excellent and being able to walk the grounds afterwords was a great way to end our brunch.Try the cheese platter! Also in some states you can get their products at your local Whole Foods; it was a nice surprise to visit this place on a whim to be surprised that its a brand you already know and enjoy.

Went here last night...not overly impressed with it. Concept is neat...execution needs improved. Food was not anything to write home about...at.all. I will say our waitress was amazing...she was so polite and helpful and actually saved my review. I would recommend coming here for "maybe" for an appetizer and bottle of wine for a neat date night...but that is it.

We went for brunch: expensive and dispointing ! Eggs benedict hard boiled/ no muffin- fruits without taste/ small portions with high price.
