This past year, 2014, I have seen Foreigner, Kansas, Styx and the Beach Boys at this great outdoor venue. The ticket prices are reasonable for the entertainment they book. This Theater is operated by the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department so is run by the City.

great concerts at reasonable prices. They even have free outside movie nights in the summer for the kids!!

great place for outdoor entertainment free or very affordable . Has a cover in case of rain. Free movie nites in the summer and famous bands like the Beach Boys.

Great outdoor venue with updated seating. Spent day at the zoo, then went to concert. Family had alot of fun.

I have attended many events at the Foellinger & I have never been disappointed. This summer I got the chance to see my favorite band REO Speedwagon play here & it was awesome. Thanks to the Parks Dept for a wonderful line-up of many different kinds of events. There truly is something for everyone here. In the venue there really isn't a bad seat. We had bleacher seats & even those are good seats. Being completely under cover is also a plus. Attending events in the summer can get a little hot but there usually a nice breeze that helps. The restrooms are nice & the food/beer line moves along nicely. All of the workers were pleasant & helpful. All in all a wonderful place for a summer concert.

We have attended Foellinger Outside Theater musical events for years. The acts are getting better all the time as well as the venue itself. Last summer (2013) we saw Chicago. Fabulous concert and very good sound and light show too. My husband says this concert was almost nearly as good as the Paul McCartney concert we saw a few years ago. I wouldn't go that far (as nobody can outshine Sir Paul), however our seats were better and and at $56 per seat far cheaper than the $250 per we paid for McCartney. All things considered, Foellinger offers a great experience for the buck. Gave them a 4 instead of a 5 only because of outdoor seating.

Bring back the Hit Men for your 2015 series. They were awesome and had the place rockin with their music. Several standing ovations during parts of their performance. We have been to Hotel California and the Guess Who concerts. These concerts were also very good. The venue is very nice and the acoustics are awesome for this covered outdoor theater.

The venue is a wonderful choice for a wedding. It is beautiful! Our only problem was trying to clean up afterwards. Clean up was from 11p to 12p. The problem was we didn't know you could not access the building, bathrooms or water after 11p which made clean up a pain.

I can't say enough about this theater. Coming from larger venues in Indianapolis this place was a real treat. Because of the smaller size there is never a long wait for the bathrooms or the beer.Like others have said there is not a bad seat in the house. I love how you are outdoors however the seating is completely covered so even in the rain it would be a great show.

Nice place to watch an event, easy to get in and out. Prices were good. everyone was very friendly that worked the event. With seating for 2500 there was not a bad seat in the house!

Enjoyed a May evening in Fort Wayne at the Foellinger Theatre. Parking was easy to find, lines moved along well. Seats were comfortable and acoustics much better than I imagined for an outdoor venue. I am told there are a lot of different types of events here. It was a very enjoyable evening. We saw the group Hotel California. The Parks and Recreation group in Fort Wayne do a great job!!

Want to hear some great performances while sitting outside under a pavilion? Then this is the place to be. Their summer concerts sell out quickly and are always a blast. There is not a bad seat in the house.

Most major concerts are in suported, like Chicago, Peter Newnon, America etc. Seating is very ood along with the sound. Be early for major events if you want a good parking place, I you are using a wheel chair you really want to be there early

may the force be with you if you attempt to get tickets to shows there on-line. They infrequently answer their phones, too, so makes it a real challenge to get tickets for anything there. They schedule some decent enough shows there, the facilities are nice enough, the prices are not all that high, but being run by the local government almost negates the positive (think of this place as being run by the 3 Stooges and you get the picture.) Alcohol is sold there, so you have plenty of drunks at the shows, so you can feel like you are at a bigger city show. :)

This place is very nice and easy to get into and out of after attending a concert. The seating has been o.k. for me and the shows that I have seen here had been very affordable. It is a nice place to go in the summer on a nice night and just enjoy a good show.
