What a great place to burn off some energy! My nieces had a birthday party here and the hostess was outstanding. You could tell she loved her job. As a matter of fact - you could tell that most who worked here love their jobs. Very clean, spacious... great place to go!

Overcrowded, teenage chaos generally describes the experience. Younger kids (10 & under) tend to get shoved aside and bullied or ushered into corners by teenage 'referees'. Paying patients aren't allowed to jump or play with their kids and are either escorted to opposite corners of the trampoline or asked to stand on the sideline. Also, as a paying adult, don't think of trying to play dodgeball in the 16+ group as you'll be asked to stand aside while teens get shuffled in to play while referees (who often don't follow the standardized, posted rules about head shots) check their cell phones or otherwise are inattentive. Being told that you are 'letting the kids play' is somewhat understandable, but only rotating existing and new kids in and not paying adult patrons is disrespectful. I'm not certain why adults are even allowed to pay admission to participate with your kids because it's discouraged by the aforementioned teen refs and you'll end up just watching....which, if you HAVE to be there, you might as well just do for free. (I guess you can opt to continually jump in the foam pit with the preschoolers, as it's 'safe' since they only allow 2 at a time). Save your money for some other advertised 'family' fun that the entire family can participate in, not just those between ages 12-17. Overcrowded areas and teens pushing their way through lines really discourages the younger kids from being able to have much fun, which in turn means they look to their parents to help them have fun which is not allowed by the staff. You simply cannot jump or be around your own kids in any trampoline 'area' because you are a grown up. At least now I have these socks (that you have to purchase) so that I can now use to keep from slipping on hardwood floors.

This place is NOT worth a penny! Do not waste your money here. For one you can not jump with your kids because they seperate you by ages so for instance my husband wanted to jump with my 9 year old but he said he had to move to the other side of the area so if you want to jump with your child don't go here, save your money! I don't have enough time to list all the bad things about this place but please don't spend your lent

From the clunky liability waiver kiosks which take 20 minutes to complete, to the $2 orange socks they make you buy, I felt annoyed by the time we paid our $15/hr fees for our family of four. They are clearly more concerned about not being sued and imposing strict rules instead of their customer's experience. If you have little kids, save your money and don't plan on jumping yourself. Teenagers patrol each area, loudly barking commands at parents who venture too close to help their small children. A tip to those visiting Kansas City: Cosmic Jump is a much more family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere!

Our first (and then immediately our second) trip to the Sky Zone was lots of fun. Brought my 13 year son for his birthday along with his friend, my niece and my sister. Great value. The boys enjoyed it so much we took them back again the next day. The 2 boys did 2 hours both days but 30 minutes was plenty for the "adults". It could have been a bit cooler in the building but the kids didn't seem to mind it. Plenty of seating for people not jumping. Refreshments available to purchase on site. Seemed like plenty of staff to keep things safe but they were not overly friendly. Highly recommend for some good, active fun!

Our first and only visit so far was enjoyable. My son is 8 I bought him and hour of jumping. He couldn't quite make it that long. It is hard work to jump and stay active for long than 20 minutes at a time without a break. He enjoyed the dodge ball for his age group the most. I think it is a good place for a birthday party!

I take my kids and their friends often. They always have fun & don't want to leave! Time well spent!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you had fun and enjoyed your visit to our park! We appreciate your concern in regards to our waiver kiosk. The good news is that once you have completed a waiver at the station, it is then valid for a whole year. We will look into making that an easier process for guests in the future. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, we look forward to seeing you back at the park soon!

Trampolines are always fun, but this place lacks a lot. Staff were apathetic, poor choices in snack bar, took a lot to get staff attention in the snack bar (they were around the corner talking). There were no where near enough chairs, and the wifi was inconsistent For the price I'd find another alternative.

Giant Trampoline park that kids can play, jump, play dodgeball, slam dunks on basketball goals, or flips into a giant foam pit. They also do birthday celebrations. You usually pay by the hour and I think it's $13 an hour... kind of pricey there, but the kids have a blast and are exhausted afterwards!!! Good times!

Great way to burn some calories in the winter time. Our kids loved it. 2 hours was too long but they all had a blast. Little grossed out at the 'barefoot or their shoes' only policy but oh well...

This is a great place to take the family. My biggest concern is the separation of kids and parents. An adult is not allowed to jump by his/her child. I do not understand nor agree with having a 4-yr- old separated from a parent. This causes too much concern for their safety. Parents cannot properly control their child's behavior and those around them when they are across the room. I know the monitors, majority of whom are kids themselves, did not do a well enough job of preventing children from running across the trampolines when another child was jumping, thus causing the child jumping to fall over. I would assume this will eventually become a liability. I go to places like this to have fun as a family. Not being allowed to jump next to my young children is disappointing.
