We were there all on our own so got the tour guide to ourselves. She answered all the questions we had about coffee, how it grows and how it is processed. It was a fascinating insight into the production of coffee. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic about the process. Yes, the coffee is very expensive but the quality warrants the price. We took quite a few bags as gifts. They fir easily in a suitcase. The unexpected bonus was the chocolate coffee beans, a treat to die for. We should have bought more! One caution, check the opening times. We dropped by on a Sunday and it was closed which seemed a bit odd in the height of the season.

They were very warm and welcoming, and the tour was the perfect amount of time, about 30 minutes. Very informative, and perfect for a cloudy day. They describe the farms history and then walk down to the field and show the trees before showing you the roaster, followed by more coffee tasting!
