We make it a point to stop, each time we are in Fish Creek!! Variety is amazing!! Love that you can sample each oil, before purchase! They have other items as well, dips, chips, lotions!! It's a must stop, when in the area!!!

The usual store that I visit to obtain my olive oil and balsamic vinegar has closed in St. Paul. Near panic mode, I went online to see where the nearest store was or what my options were to order. Somehow I got to Neil in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. He could not have been more helpful. He took my order for two bottles of lemon infused olive oil and for two bottles of the incomparable aged balsamic. They will ship to my home free. Relief has come back to my life and Minnesota winter will be tolerable thanks to their tasty products. This is a first rate company.

If you are in the area, you must stop in and shop at this wonderful store. They have the best oils and vinegars. They have spices, candy, sauces, and other delicious things too. You can taste the oils and vinegars before you buy. I go there and stock up, every time. Yummy!!! We are loyal customers!!!

We stopped by to see what an olive store is. The employee was very helpful. I tried the oils and was surprised the different tastes and types of olive oils. I came upon one I liked. While I expected a bottle of olive oil, they improve on the bottle. It has the date it was poured on a medal badge for the bottle. The bottle has a pop up pourer. Wrapped. Cards. Next time I see one of the stores I'm going in.

The Oilerie in Fish Creek is such a wonderful place to try flavor-infused oils such as truffle olive oil, chili olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, and dozens of other amazing flavors. They also have wonderful high-quality aged balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauces, marinades, dips, and corn nuts. The great part is you can try almost everything in the store. The store is small though, so don't come in with a bulky coat or purse. Lastly, very great, friendly midwestern service! And don't forget to bring your empty bottles back on your 2nd visit for a discount on refilling them.

We love Curt's. We have been there often and always find something new to try. Purchased 2 types of stuffed olives today, Lemon stuffed and Asparagus stuffed, can't wait to try them! We also got one of our favorites, Fire Roasted Salsa! Just love everything!

Who knew there were so many flavors and uses for oil?! My parents visited the Oilerie in Hilton Head this summer and were surprised to learn the company was from Fish Creek, WI. So when my husband brought me up here for my birthday vacation Mom sent us here to get her some more roasted walnut oil. We made a few passes through Fish Creek looking for it on our way to other places referencing the address on the bottle she had bought in HHI. Today we finally looked to the other side of the road and found it! Tiny little shop with big flavor! There were several other couples visiting when we walked in but Neal took great care of us and offered many suggestions for uses for all the dozens of flavors of oils and vinegars and sauces. Can't wait to get to cooking with the hazelnut and rosemary oils we bought for ourselves. Loved the olive oil hand cream! Picked up several other items for Christmas gifts too.

Love the products in the Oilerie -- husband saw Curt on Shark Tank show during our vacation in Door County and wanted to be sure we stopped at the store, where we were told we just missed seeing Curt - darn! Bought oil and cherry balsamic sauce (fabulous!)... A fun and rewarding stop for those who enjoy taste-testing before purchasing... friendly and helpful staff. Curt's spice is great, too!

Although I have watched the television commercials for years, I had never visited the Oilerie--even though I live in Green Bay, just over one hour away. But after seeing Curt on "Shark Tank", I made sure to visit when I was in Door County this weekend! It is a lovely shop with friendly staff and an amazing selection of oils, vinegars and other gourmet foods--many with a chance to taste before your purchase. I left with many items to take home with me, as well as a 'wish list' for my next visit. And now that there is an Oilerie location in the Howard/Suamico area (near my home), my next visit may be soon!

Loved the whole experience in the store. Employee explained what was in the store, where it came from, and encouraged us to taste everything. If you are even remotely into olive oil and/or balsalmic vinigar, seasonings and sauces you will definitely find this place a great experience. Numerous flavored olive oils and several nut oils. 25 year old Balsamic that tastes like candy. Products are outstanding! I will go back to purchase more every time I run out.

Plan more time than you think to experiment, taste test. Think about how you might use the oil; clerks will give great suggestions. Sales/owner nearly too quick to help....I'd prefer to be left alone just a bit more.

We have been buying Oilerie oils and vinegars for several years. I have tried oils from other shops and I always come back to the Oilerie.

We were just visiting Door County Wisconsin. Several of my friends had suggested a stop at the Oilerie Oil Bar. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The place was packed, but I managed to find some awesome Balsamic Cherry Sauce and Almond Olive Oil. Can't wait to try both!

So glad you are in Green Bay ! Staff is excellent and helps new customers feel very comfortable trying all the new possibilities . Will be back again and again. Truffle oil also on a must try and buy list.

Great selection and I love that they let you sample all the different offerings. We stop here every time we visit Door County.
