So glad that you enjoyed the Whiskey Belles as part of our Cabaret Series -- it was a fun performance. We hope you'll join us again!

We're so glad you selected the Schauer Center for your event! It's wonderful to have the Home Show here each year.

We want each of the couples who select our venue for their wedding reception to have the best experience possible. We regret that your event did not go as planned and we apologize for any frustration we may have caused.

Great choice of performers for all ages. Clean and inviting atmosphere and restored building that is full of history; which has been preserved very well!

Great theater experience. Pricing is always lower than expected. Same touring show anywhere else ticket prices are double. Nice wide seats, and spaced so you don't have to stand up to let someone through. No drinks in the theater is the only bad thing. Maybe that will change.

We saw this play starring Cindy Williams and it was fabulous. This Center is so much bigger inside than it looks from outside. The area is lucky to have such a wonderful facility.

Singing brought back old memories Costumes and hair were very appropriate. Female voices especially good. Male voices were adequate but could have been stronger.

We went to the Schaurer Center at Hartford WI with our local Parks and Recreation center. We were all seniors. This program of In The Mood and the String of Pearls 13 persons orchestra was outstanding. They have 6 other people who sing and dance songs drom that era of IN the Mood. The 2 that did the most dancing were extremerely very talented. If they come to a city mear you and like that music, definetly go to it. Most of the orchestra were also seniors and could they ever play.

Very nice place to see a performance. We saw Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, we were in the third row right in front of horns, less than 20 feet away, they nearly blew us out of our seats. This year we saw Somos Mexicanos, another great act.

If you happen to be in the Greater Milwaukee Area of southeast Wisconsin, about 100 miles north of Chicago, Illinois, you can take a pleasant thirty-mile drive on country or four-lane roadways, northwest of Milwaukee into the countryside to the small town of Hartford and find interesting entertainment at the Schauer Arts & Activity Center. Just google their website to see if there is an event on the evening you take the drive. The facility is an amazing renovation of an old "canning company" that had the Libby Corporation processing and canning vegetables brought in by the truckload from nearby farmers' fields. You won't find anything left of a factory look. The 625-seat, Ruth Knoll Theater, named after the vocal music director of Hartford's high school and community chorus groups for many years, is the main venue for local and contracted entertainment. A wide variety of artistic programs---mostly in the evening with a few matinees---takes place throughout the year including drama, dance, band, symphony, singers, and choral groups. "The Letterman" might come to perform on one evening and the local theater group might have several weekend performances of a favorite play at another time. There is also an art gallery that usually shows the work of local artists. Many education programs for "the arts" also take place in the facility. There is even a cabaret area that hosts special events, as well as occasional cabaret entertainment and dinner theatre. In the same building, and usually open during daytime hours, is the "Wisconsin Auto Museum" that houses several floors of old cars, including the "Kissel" car that was manufactured in the town of Hartford in the early 1900's.Should you care to make a day (and night) of the adventure, there are several small motels, along with two pleasant guesthouses---"Jordan House B&B" and "Westphal Mansion Inn B&B." The B&Bs, as well as several restaurants are all only a few blocks from the Schauer Center. Here is a place that combines small town America with an opportunity for great entertainment on many evenings.

This converted factory has been setup well and the acustics are good. It is a small venue, but big names come to entertain.
