I love the tap room "The Hanger" at the American Sky Beer Co. I often go with friends or just my husband to enjoy some delicious tap beer. The tap room offers full view of the beer making equipment and tours are available...although I have yet to take on. There is quite a large bar with seating all around in the center of the tap room. There are also many pub tables and plastic picnic tables around too. Plenty of seating and tons of standing room if you wish. There are games available to play if you just want to chill and drink. The Hanger offered a lot of special events, like movie Friday's or Beer and Bacon on Sunday's. Their Facebook page has all the info. There is only 1 bathroom but it has yet to be an issue. We tend to go on Saturday nights and there is always live local music from Western Wisconsin or the Twin Cities area, very cool! Try it out next time your visit the area. Great staff and fun, unique brews!

I stopped in on a Saturday and enjoyed a few beers at American Sky Brewing. They seem to have different themes, and specials to keep people coming in. I think Sunday they have free bacon. There were free tours going on while I was there, and I devoured a $2 soft pretzel that wasn't quite soft anymore. This is located up on the hill and back in an industrial area, not where you would expect a party to be but perhaps where the best ones are. Beer is a personal taste, but I can't say I fell in love. If I was in the area or looking to get a group of friends together in Hudson, this may be a fun place to start. The bar has a crazy slant like an airplane wing and definitely lets you know when you have had to many.
