This is one of the newer of Carr Valley Cheese's expanding network. Although there is no cheese factory on site, the selection of cheeses sold her is phenomenal. They offer hundreds of choices, including goat and sheep cheese, in addition to traditional cheese made from cow's milk and lots of blends. Some off-the-wall mixtures of added incredients (e.g., cranberries) and even cheese fudge. For traditionalists, they have good old cheddar, aged up to 10 years! The sales rep was extremely knowlegeable about all the cheeses and of course offered plenty of delicious samples.
