Fishing is good. Weekends have a lot of other activity on the lake. Better to fish early or late.Not crowded during the week. Winter ice fishing is good too

this is a good fishing lake.make sure you fish sunup till 10 or after six in the evening. from 10AM till after 6PM the lake is crazy with boaters, watercraft etc. We worked the small drop offs near shore and caught a lot of small mouth bass and two walleye. We left them there for you to catch. they will check your boat at the boat launch.

Lake is beautiful, but drowing out the sounds of the loons are kids screeming on resort beaches and boats pulling skiiers and tubers. Even night fishing was tough. Dark lake so ideally you would want to fish the day but boat pressure negatively affected the ability to do so. No luck on the musky with spinners or suckers.

We loved the lake, the comfortable little cottage,magnificent views, the atmosphere and the many nearby activities.

Everything . A great place to stay. Everyone was very friendly. Room was very nice clean and bright.

The lake was so clean and nice to fish, swim and also watch the wild life.

Will most definitely be going back to do some boating. Loved the soft sandy beach and the fishing looked very busy.

Lots of little areas tucked away from the main lake. White-tailed deer, bald eagles, loons, mallards, and fishers are common sights in this area. If you're into wildlife, you won't be disappointed.

We love to rent a pontoon boat at Holiday Acres and visit the islands. Our dogs love it too!
