Family came in from Florida and wanted to go snowmobiling, after many phone calls to numerous resorts in MN to find all trails were closed, we started goggling WI, Found Runamuk Rides and called and spoke with Jim and Dave and they were extremely helpful and easy to deal with so we decided to take a chance with them, SO GLAD WE DID!!!! We had an amazing time!! The trails were groomed and the scenery was beautiful....absolutely amazing trails, we will for sure be going back next winter with the fam! We were so impressed with them that my husband and I are going to go back in the summer to rent jet skis from them. Keep up the good work guys!!Lisa Brude

First time snowboarding! We visited from Florida! Runamuck was such an AWSOME snowmobile rental store! The owners/employees were so nice, very informing & had great snowmobiles to rent! Saw some deer while we were riding!! Looking forward to coming again next year!!!!!! Thanks for a great weekend!!!

We rented snowmobiles from Runamuk Rides. We were new to the area and haven't snowmobiled in quite a while. The lodging suggestion they gave us was perfect for our group. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with the gear and machines and their suggestions on what to wear and bring were spot on. The equipment was brand new and ran great. David provided us with a suggested route that was so fun and beautiful. His directions and help in understanding the how to read the trail map were quite helpful. The places they recommended for eating were wonderful. We already booked to come back this summer to rent quad bikes as we had so much fun. We want to see it in the summer and hopefully see some black bears.

It was our first time snowmobiling and we would highly recommend Runamuk for your next snowmobiling adventure! Jim and David provided excellent customer service and made the process easy.

Experienced riders or novices, you will get what you need at Runamuk!My girlfriend and I visited over Valentines day weekend and reserved a 2-person sled at Runamuk. We were inexperienced and Jim & Dave spent time going over the equipment and trail recommendations to make the most of our day! We really appreciated them taking the time and enjoyed our day so much - we will be back!

We rented the 2 person snowmobiles from Runumuk. The sleds were in great condition and ready to go when we arrived. Jim and his team were great to work with. I would highly recommend renting snowmobiles from Runumuk.

We rented five 2-person snowmobiles from Runamuk during our weekend stay in Hayward. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our equipment and learning how to drive the machines. They had excellent tips on the best trails and we loved the mix between winding trails and flying across wide open lakes. We stopped for lunch 1/2 way and had a great time before heading back. We used almost the entire time, gone from 10:30am-4:30pm. I would definitely recommend Runamuk to anyone looking for an exciting snowmobile adventure. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time to Hayward, WI. We were able to reserve sleds online prior to our arrival. When we arrived, Jim and his team had the sleds ready to go and was very helpful explaining the map and trails and even recommended a route to take and some places to stop along the way. We were very pleased with the service! Trails were well marked and Runamuk Rides also did an excellent job with posting signs along the trails so we were able to make it back easily.

We rented 5 two-person snowmobiles this weekend and my entire group was very happy with our experience. The equipment was clean and in very good condition. The owners were very nice, accommodating, and gave us helpful tips on the trails and where to stop. We had a great time and will definitely use Runamuk again if we are in the area!

Rented a couple of 2ups for a day with my wife and kids. The 4 of us had a blast buzzing all over the area. Jim showed us a great route before we hit the trail. Runamuk was super in all regards. We'll be back the next time we're up at the cabin (Round Lake).

If you are looking for a great ride, snow mobile for me, at a great price with excellent customer service....you have found the right place! The staff is easy to work with for pick and drop off, the equipment is top notch, and the experience is fantastic. We hope to go back at least one more time for snow and possible check out the side by side rentals for trail riding on the warm months.

We rented snowmobiles from Runamuk last weekend and were SOOOO impressed!! All the equipment was new and the trails and countryside was exceptionally beautiful! It was an amazing day and a very bonding experience for our family. They were also extremely patient with those of us who were novices...explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable and warm. I can't say enough about this company. They were terrific!

Jim was so helpful and checked to make sure we, two "mature women", were properly outfitted with clothing, outerwear and gear being sure to give us what we needed but didn't have. His wife and daughter were a joy to chat with as well. Justin was our guide and the trails were beautiful despite the frigid temperatures. We went on a two hour ride and had a wonderful time! Will return!

My son and I were looking for a place to go snowmobiling (first time ever) and chose northern Wisconsin. In looking for a rental we ended up with Runamuk Rides. It was a great experience. I called a number of times and asked too many questions, but Jim Taylor was incredibly helpful and patient with me. It was a day we'll never forget - a good bonding experience for me and my son (though I think next time he'll opt for going with a group of his friends). The 7 mile trip across the lake at night was our favorite part. Hopefully we'll make it back - if so, we won't hesitate to use Runamuk. Thanks Runamuk - you guys are the best!

For our familities first snowmobile outing we rented 4 snobiles for a family outing in northwester Wisconsin. Runamuck is located just 7 miles north of Hayward located right on one of the main snowmobile trails and Jim Taylor, manager and owner, gave us great recommendations for where to go and where to stop for lunch. We had a blast! They made everything easy.
