Wow what a huge variety of historic pieces! I would have never expected to find a place like this between Bloomsburg and Berwick. Anyone interested in vintage/antique cars, motorcycles, photography, war paraphernalia and much more will really enjoy BOBB. The thing I liked most was that I saw vehicles and other equipment I never even knew existed. When we visited over a year ago the owner was in the process of expanding the showcase so we plan to return soon.
We well on our way home when We found this amazing place. You can easily spend a full day inside. It is not just about bikes. There are so many other things to see
This place should be called The Unbelievalbe Collection of Nostalgic Items from the 40s and 50s, plus a whole lot of motorcycles. I expected to see a bunch of old mototcycles, which I did see. However, the motorcycles were a small part of the collection. There are items of all kinds from the 40s and 50s and 60s. There are displayes of a dental office, beauty parlor, bar, shoemaker, and a full cafe, to name a few. There are also special collections like Cambells Soup, cameras, telephones, and even Elvis. If you are young, you might not appreciate the collection, but if you are in your 60's or older, you will not want to leave. We spent 3 hours there and could have stayed longer. The woman who was running the place was very nice and friendly.
This is such a gem!!! We stumbled on it accidentally just passing by and seeing a sign. It was deserted on a day we found it so we had the whole place and the owners all to ourselves. The collection they assembled is amazing. The stories to go with it are fun. And the people who own and run this place are such interesting, warm and welcoming guys! this place is really worth a trip!
Loved that this is not your typical museum. Lots of things to look at besides the bikes. Very reasonable admission. Will definitely return if in the area.
I took my husband here as a surprise stop and he was thrilled. I also was. Much, much more than old motorcycles. The various collections that are displayed there are too numerous to mention. It is not only a place for men but lots to see for us women also. Plan to be able to spend some time there. There is lots to see. He is always adding something new to the collection so be sure to stop back if you have been there before. We will surely return also.
We were planning a trip to the Pocono area from Canada and just happened upon this site. We visited on Aug 16/2014. We were camping along with taking in the great motorcycle roads in the area. This was our first stop on our 3 days in PA. Bill has an amazing collection of motorcycles as well as almost anything else one might think of to collect. Everything is neatly displayed and categorized. The new edition to the site is so quaint similar to a village. Spend the $5 and go down memory lane...you will be glad you did.Great Musuem!!!!!
Recently visited this museum, lots of vintage motorcycles, but a lot more as well. $5 admission. It's up the hill from Bill's cycle shop. Enjoyed this very much!
5th time visiting Billville, Bill‘s Bike Barn. It’s more than a Barn.Museum of Collectable.Loved IT.
Eclectic, odd, fun & cheap!! My sister took me to this museum for my birthday. It's amazing! Chock full of old toys, carousel horses & beautifully restored Harleys!! If you have $5 & a couple of hours....take a trip down memory lane!!
Bill's Old Bike Barn is an amazing place that many people in Central PA don't know about. It' not far from I-80 and only $5.00 to get in. We've taken many people there since we "found" it - and everyone has been impressed. Our Girl Scout troop loved it, as did our 92 y.o. grandfather! You could spend hours here and not see everything. You won't be disappointed if you go!
Bill has done his best to show you Small town USA. There are recreations of shops of all kinds Shoe, dental offices, motor, and to top it all off he has motorcycles of all kinds and years. This place has items for everyone in the family. Dolls, toys, sleds and just so much to see. And it's all for a very reasonable fee of $5. He can even set up a luncheon for a group.
Bill's is a motorcycle shop with a museum . The museum is set up to be Billtown or Billburg, small town memorabilia from the area. And an amazing collection of motorcycles.
More like a museum was totally awesome!!!!!! Only $5.00 for admission and I might add was well worth it.
Bill's old bike barn was a hoot. This is our first time there (and it won't be our last). It was a surprise for my brother-in-law. There is so much stuff (not just motorcycles but they were socool). When you walk in you are greeting by a charming and well informed man. We stood therein awe. We made my brother-in-laws day and ours also. From hair curlers (which looked like a torture device) old cameras, carousal animals, to the suit of armor. This is a must to see place.
