Unfortunately i'm not allowed to drink but my husband really enjoyed it and we end up buying the pineapple battle .The cheeses are to die for!! the pickles are sure tasty ( even though they are a bit spicy), we even bought 2 packages of it The service is great. you can tell that they enjoy what they do. If you are in the area stop by you will have a good time!:))

This was a very fun experience. We ended up buying some Apple Pie moonshine along with canned spicy pickles, canned pepper rings, steak sauce, pickled jalapenos, smoked jerky and tshirts. Get place to see!

I am not much of a drinker so I didn't think I would be very interested in this moonshine distillery. But, I did try a few of their flavors and actually ended up buying a jug (which to me tasted like smooth brandy). The store has other items for sale - mostly pickled items and you don't actually see the moonshine still or how it's made, but the tasting is fun (don't worry, you don't get but a few drops with each taste). The owner is lively and fun and passionate about his work, so that too made for a fun stop. If you are in the area, why not!

Fun fun place that gives free samples. They could easily charge for samples. We sampled them all and we live the apple the best. Blueberry and root beer coming soon they said..yum. want to visit again

Locals and visitors alike should check out Blackbird Distillery. Glad to see people doing what they love and opening something new in Brookville. I loved the Blackcherry.

Loved the history that was shared with us on the making of the moonshine, friendly folks inside offer samples so you get the flavor that you like. Lots of souvenirs to be had, everything from t-shirts to glasses to preserves - surely something for everyone.We visited on motorcycles so driveway is a little tricky - all gravel (stay to the left up a bit of a hill to park)

Who would think that such a place exists in Brookville, Pa. A great assortment for your taste buds. The owners are very friendly and give great details on the process. Even the bottles are made in this area. Saving our purchase to share with friends when we return to Florida!

We stopped here on our way home from Cook Forest. Everyone is very friendly, and you are able to sample the different flavors. We bought (3) flavors - Lemon Drop, Apple Black, and Apple Pie. We had a few people over to our house to try it out - and it was hit!! Everyone was asking where this place was, so they could go get some of their own. Try it out.

Wonderful shine! They also have homemade smoked meats and cheeses, which are a must. Jennifer, the owner, is entertaining and informative. Definitely a must visit.

Hey this quaint little Moonshine and Whiskey Distillery just opened about a mile off I-80. It features friendly folks, shine and and specialty pepper mixes and cheeses. It features 9 flavors of shine and more coming. It is out of the way and you feel like your in the country although you are close to town. Free samples. I really like the AppleBlack and the straight shine has enough kick for normal people. 102 Proof. Hey a stop in and pick up a bottle for your next destination would be very well worth it. Tours are available. It is small and not pretentious and worth it.
